Heat up time for 80 ears of corn is approximately 25minutes. The thermostat should be set to hold the water at150°F.
If cobs are removed too soon, corn will not have fullyreconstituted and the kernels will be soft or mushy.
After emptying a basket, refill with forzen corn and placethe basket in the rear of the Therma-Corn. This is importantbecause the water flow in the Therma-Corn is from front toback.

Therma-CornTo protect the heater from damage, if the Therma-Corn isto be shipped or stored in freezing temperatures, or if it isnecessary to drain the heater for servicing, follow thedraining procedure under DRAINING HEATER FORSERVICE OR PROTECTION FROM FREEZING.
