Tom is an executive and transition coach with extensive experience in working with corporate leaders and professionals seeking to enhance their professional and personal development and planning for major life transitions. Over the past 15 years, Tom has coached individuals in various fields, including consumer electronics, sporting apparel and equipment, publishing, health care, management consulting, law, accounting, and technology. Since 2002, Tom has been part of the leadership team at the Hudson Institute of Coaching, where he has facilitated over 50 programs for individuals working on life transitions and personal development.
Tom has also facilitated numerous programs for senior corporate leaders focused on renewal and development and on planning for life after work. For the past eight years, Tom has been on the faculty of the Hudson Institute Coaching program, facilitating the training of new coaches.

Daniel Hall is a PhD Candidate with the Global Projects Center at Stanford University in the department of Civil and Environmental Engineering. The overarching theme of his research is that the Architecture, Engineering and Construction (AEC) industry must embrace new governance strategies and organizational models in order to adopt more product and process innovations. Previously he completed his MS in the Sustainable Design & Construction Program at Stanford University in 2014 and his BS in Architectural Engineering at Cal Poly San Luis Obispo in 2008.

BILL EVELOFF, MBA, AIA PETRA INTEGRATED CONSTRUCTION
As Vice President, Bill co-leads Petra Integrated Construction Strategies; a subsidiary of The Innovation Institute and recent spin-off of St. Joseph Health’s (SJH) Design and Construction division. Bill has over 20 years of experience in the planning, design and construction industry. Prior to joining SJH in 2004 and then Petra in 2012, Bill managed complex projects for nationally recognized firms specialized in healthcare design.
Bill’s educational background includes an MBA from University of California—Irvine, a MArch from Southern California Institute of Architecture, and a BA from University of Colorado—Boulder. He is a member of the Healthcare Financial Management Association and the American Institute of Architecture. Bill has been featured in articles published by MDC, Sg2, HFMA, PwC, and the Advisory Board as well as presented at events for ACE, ACHA, AIA AHH, and ASHE, BOMA, DBIA, HDC, HFMA, SMPS, and Sg2, and WUF.

Todd Sigaty is currently the Director of Legal Affairs at SHoP Architects and in this capacity over the past decade has engaged and advised on numerous development, zoning and planning projects. Todd is also a Co-Founder and Board Member of a CRE tech start, “Envelope,” incubated at SHoP, which utilizes a 3-D mapping software and zoning engine to unlock real estate development potential. Prior to SHoP, Todd was chief legal advisor and negotiator on numerous planning and land use projects in various countries with development banks, governments and civil society organizations, including the World Bank. Mr. Sigaty has taught business, law and planning at the Sotheby’s MA Program and the National University of Ireland and has lectured at Columbia, Yale and other institutions. He continues to act as a YLF Fellow with US-China for the National Committee on US and Chinese Relations and was also a Fellow at the Advocacy Institute in Washington D.C. Todd earned a J.D. from the University of Oregon Law School and a B.A. in History from the University of Texas (Austin) and studied International Policy and Planning at the University of Oregon Graduate School. Todd also owns a vineyard and wine bar in Oregon and loves Pinot, Pie and the Blazers.
JENNIFER TAYLOR @OHSUNews OREGON HEALTH & SCIENCES UNIVERSITY
As Director of Design and Construction at OHSU, Jennifer leads a department that handles a diverse range of construction projects in healthcare and academic/research. DesCon, as it’s affectionately called, manages over 200 projects annually predominantly in existing, occupied buildings. OHSU currently also has two major capital projects under construction using IPD and tri-party agreements.

Prior to moving to the “owner side” in 2016, Jennifer worked for over 18 years as an architect specializing in leading large, complex projects. As a senior associate at KPF in New York, she was project manager for the Dulles Tier 2 Midfield Concourse project and the new Abu Dhabi International Airport. Her experience as a core team member on the award winning Edith Green-Wendell Wyatt Federal Building modernization project in Portland ignited her interest and passion for transforming how the design and construction industry delivers projects.
Jennifer earned a Masters in Architecture from Yale. She is a member of the American Institute of Architects and a LEED Green Associate.
RANDY GRAGG @RandyGragg UNIVERSITY OF OREGON
Randy Gragg is a writer, editor, and producer who has worked in Portland for the past 27 years. He currently developing a retrospective, two books, and related programs for “Quest for Beauty: The Architecture, Landscapes, and Collections of John Yeon,” a retrospective of the influential Oregon architect and conservationist. He regularly develops public programs and lectures on Portland design and the region’s future. He served four years as editor in chief for the city magazine, Portland Monthly, and 17 years as columnist on design, culture and urban issues for Portland’s major newspaper, The Oregonian. He has curated, organized, and produced numerous visual arts and performing arts events. He was awarded a Loeb Fellow at Harvard University’s Graduate School of Design in 2005 and a National Arts Journalism Fellowship at Columbia University in 1994.
