Project Abstract Web-To-Lead is integration with partner web sites to receive the leads into Salesforce application. Standard lead data collection form is added to the partner websites and any one browsing through the website and wanted to have additional information, will submit request through the lead form. Power Dialer is an application and integrates with Salesforce application’s leads view / Queue .Sales Representative take the leads from the Sales Queue and makes calls to explain the products available and see if they are interested in any of the products. Scheduler picks the contracts from “Final Step Queue”, and confirms all the contractual obligations and closes the deal. During this step Scheduler identifies the convenient time for the customer to have interaction with the assigned coach. Coach, from the coach queue checks the details of the contracted product and coaching timings makes a schedule of calls and appointments with the customer. These appointments are reflected in the coach calendar and in the customer’s calendar. When the scheduler checks for the availability of the coach means, these calendar entries are searchable and display the timeslots booked or free. Once the customer and coach are set as team, coach conducts training as per the contractual agreement
