At completion of work authorised by this consent the Building Act requires you to apply for a Code of Compliance Certificate within two years of the Building Consent being issued.

STANDARD ENDORSEMENTS

Permission to undertake building work in accordance with the approved plans and

specifications. All work must comply with the provisions of the Building Code. Any alterations from the original plans and specifications must have prior written approval from the Building Control Manager.

The owner of the property is responsible for the correct siting of buildings or additions in relation to boundary pegs.

Plumbing and drainage work to be carried out by licensed trades person only.

Plumber/Drainlayer is required to be on site for any plumbing and drainage inspections.

Site to be left in a clean and tidy condition.

Every door infront of every aircraft is to have a 3m opening door, hardwear and exit sign over each door as to fire design.

During processing every endeavour is made to assess the correct number of inspections. Should additional inspections be necessary for re checks, staged inspections and the like Council reserves the right to seek payment for these prior to the issue of Code Compliance Certificate.

issued in accordance with Clause 2.6 of the Development Contribution policy.

Development Contribution Reassessment:

If more than 12 months has passed since the date of this assessment, you are advised to request a reassessment of the Development Contribution payable prior to the

issuing of an invoice for payment. The amount of the activity charge may be adjusted from time to time in accordance with Section 2.6 of the Development Contributions policy (2009).

Where an adjustment is made and Development Contributions have not been paid Council may reassess the Development Contribution payable using the Development

Contribution policy in force at the time.
