Guidelines for packing imported plants

• Plants varieties should be same as requested by the Employer

• Plant size as mentioned by the Employer

• Free of blemishes, disease or insects.

• Should be grown in sterile medium or Bare root with moist cotton wool and air tight polythene over it.

• Wrap the plant individually or in convenient bunches with absorbent paper or newspaper.

• Temperature should be maintained below 20-degree Celsius all along.

• Items are to be delivered to Employer’s site.

• 15 days warranty for (Item 01 live plants) only

Specifications for Tree media soil (On weight /weight basis)

• Red soil - 40%

• Black soil or River Sand- 20%

• Cowdung manure - 20%

• Absolute moisture - 20%

• Should be packed in 20 to 25KG in HDPE/PP Woven Sack

• Items are to be delivered to Employer’s site.
