In 2014 we will have 13 months --- During the first 12 months of 2014 or 2015 Banks, Visa, mortgages, rent will be paid the regular 12 times --- But on the 13th month of 2014 – No one will pay a bill of any kind.

35% of food banks ran out of food during the survey period

55% of food banks needed to cut back on the amount of food provided to each household

GVFBS – Local Statistics

GVFBS provides food and related assistance to nearly 27,000 people per week, inclusive of all programs. All programs include: Depots, Agency Partners, Community Angel Food Runners and DECK.

We purchase up to 106,000 pounds of produce monthly (Apples (fruit), potatoes, onions (garlic), eggs) equaling over $44,000.00 spent per month, depending on market price.

1. The GVFBS has experienced a 10% overall increase in clients from 2011-2012.

2. 26% clients served at GVFBS are children.

3. 12% are over 65 years old.

4. The GVFBS has experienced 12% increase in food distributed from 2010-2012. In 2010 GVFBS distributed 4,416,987 pounds of food. In 2011 GVFBS distributed 5,008,722 pounds of food.

Among the laws set to change at midnight on December 31, 2012, are the end of last year’s temporary payroll tax cuts (resulting in a 2% tax increase for workers), the end of certain tax breaks for businesses, shifts in the alternative minimum tax that would take a larger bite, the end of the tax cuts from 2001-2003, and the beginning of taxes related to President Obama’s health care law. At the same time, the spending cuts agreed upon as part of the debt ceiling deal of 2011 will begin to go into effect. According to Barron's, over 1,000 government programs - including the defense budget and Medicare are in line for "deep, automatic cuts.

In dealing with the fiscal cliff, U.S. lawmakers have a choice among three options, none of which are particularly attractive:

They can let the current policy scheduled for the beginning of 2013 – which features a number of tax increases and spending cuts that are expected to weigh heavily on growth and possibly drive the economy back into a recession – go into effect. The plus side: the deficit, as a percentage of GDP, would be cut in half.

They can cancel some or all of the scheduled tax increases and spending cuts, which would add to the deficit and increase the odds that the United States could face a crisis similar to that which is occurring in Europe. The flip side of this, of course, is that the United States' debt will continue to grow.

They could take a middle course, opting for an approach that would address the budget issues to a limited extent, but that would have a more modest impact on growth.

As I sit here starting to write this, I see a blank page and with it all my thoughts of what I was going to apply to paper have disappeared as well. Writing works great, in your mind you stream endless pages of grand articulate creation which decays in an instant if not recorded in some manner. Controversy ensues to this day of whether the best medium is, recording to video or is the use of type still relevant in society now? Well, video is great if you have a team of writers working with you as well as sound and cameramen. However, errors are costly to repair. All manner of record keeping has strengths and weaknesses. All manner of record keeping plays it's own part in the greater picture of what Mankind has achieved thus far and where it is going and also is being carried to into the future.

The vast majority of people are being swept along with not much control of what goes on about them. They level blame at other things that are out of the scope of their control. This is mostly true in the world as it operates and has generally been the case since we could understand anything at all of what is going on around us.

We recorded things on cave walls as a start. Before even that, people drew on their faces, but the very first instance of drawing, the recording of information, was most likely scratching in the sand on a beach or the lightly held together dirt or dust in a field or desert. Lines, circles, and squiggles at first, all of these meaningless marks were the very first attempts at conveying and storing information. Scratches on trees by animals may have made Humans thinking of doing the same on wood, and then even onto rock... with other rocks! By chance they started using blood, then charcoal then chalk. The "information age" was unceremoniously launched and there was no turning back from there. No one present was intelligent enough to know that it had happened! And we consider it to have started in the 1950's or 60's. How naive the "enlightened" people are.

The collection and analysis and application of information is the source of everything we have ever achieved and will achieve in the future. It is vital to collect and store it. It is vital to have secure multiple copies of information in multiple locations. Information survives to maintain and expand what is possible. What is possible changes every year, day, even by the minute now. Science is the instrument used to measure what is possible, and examine phenomena that appear to be "impossible". Once science does a thorough examination of a subject, it reports back some results, conclusive or otherwise. Many choose to not accept these results often as they have preconceived notions of a phenomena. Somehow they have insight into it before any type of real evidence can be brought forth for inspection. Everyone can guess, and some or one or none of the guessers may be right. Unfortunately when the people in question choose a guess and act on it immediately, dire consequences follow. Sometimes, there is absolutely no time to make a decision based on solid information. There just isn't any, or simply not enough. Then there is always the manipulated, or outright fraudulent information that can be submitted for people to react to. The individuals who produce it knowing without a doubt how the majority of the public will react to it if conveyed in the proper fashion by the right individuals. They can manipulate you using celebrities, those that can sway your choices, even if you think about it for a bit, you still may decide, "that person is someone I (can / have grown to) trust, they must be right". With technology, rather than 100's or 1,000's at a rally being persuaded, even 1,000,000,000 can have their minds changed in a minute!

An entire war can be waged in ONE MINUTE without much bloodshed and carnage. That is, if everyone's attention can be focused all at once on some critical issue. We have to work as a collective as our entire planet is in peril. There are too many people here for the resources we want to have access to which we think we are also entitled to for us to continue to consume at any pace we think we are allowed to allow ourselves to. Although a legitimate argument can be made that much is wasted, it is also a fact that most live in abject poverty compared to people in the first world that get by on ~$20,000 a year (Canada or USA f.e.).

Locusts descend on a crop and consume it. They move on, not caring where it came from or that it's 80 to 95% eliminated, nor if it will ever recover. They “look for greener pastures” the next day, not knowing if there are any at all. There is no intelligence at play there. Only their digestive system and tiny brain in the perpetual search for dietary sustenance. Well, eventually they hit a brick wall as all easy to find food is exhausted. What do you think happens next? They can't "look up all available sources of tasty food". Their resource base dwindles and disappears. Eventually they are forced to turn on each other and "survival of the fittest" is the new order of things.

Something to consider:

The biggest story of last year, 2011 (it wasn't considered so by the media), should also be the biggest story of this year too. What could it be? The world's third biggest company, that almost has the most cash in the bank of any one entity, installed 1,000,000 robots! This is in addition to who knows how many they already had running at the time of the announcement. This only leads to much more research and development of robots, and cheaper robots. Robots making robots! Have you lost your job to a robot?

How should this concern you? I'll talk about it further in the next edition of 30th Century Solutions.

I have invented over 20 things in the last 35 years. I am looking for investors for my inventions.

1. A snack food that would retail for $0.35 and be considered an “impulse buy”.

2. A restaurant theme that can be franchised.

These and other inventions I have can make millions of $$$$.

I am also looking for someone that could co-author a thesis with me:

It seems that Mankind, having observed this with not just locusts but all manner of species, rejects it outright, when it comes to being applied to ourselves. Why is that? Most think that we somehow are entitled to this luxury. We are above all other lifeforms and are able to do as we please. Not just that, but it's guaranteed that our brain, our intellect and/or something else will come along to make it possible to continue on, unabated....

Well, it's science, that has allowed this to happen. It has rescued us time and time again. But greedy Mankind, with every bailout that science provides, continues to ignore the message taught by the ignorant locust in it's quest for survival, playing the game it cannot win. As it ever increases in power, it ultimately loses to the law of "you cannot exceed what is materially available". Unlike every other species that's known of here on Earth, we can "see into the future" and communicate this to others around us. We have devised tools and methods that change the environment to our benefit. We actively pursue resources and craft them into all sorts of patterns and objects that could never occur in the natural world in an infinite amount of years!

It is simply outright amazing as to the collection of knowledge we have, and that machines were possible to be created that can organize and maintain it in such a manner that nearly all that there is, can be known by anyone, anywhere, at any time!!

All of these wondrous feats, all that we have that is produced from it, and all of us Humans collectively, if I may borrow from the current catch phrase of the day (fiscal cliff) are at the edge of a "Fate of Mankind Cliff" right now and, nearly all are oblivious to this pure and solid FACT.

What is it that you should be afraid of? What is it that I fear? Why do I think I know something that you don't?

Our problem is that we're about to collide into the proverbial "brick wall". Not just one, but many many brick walls all at once. Imagine if you had a dam that was holding back a deluge of water that you knew when released would obliterate everything in it's way, which happened to be everything you had and everything anyone had and had ever done. It seems as though I'm an alarmist when I say this, but it is truly on the verge of happening in anyone's lifetime, if they plan to be here for the next 40 years. Unless things change, and change drastically, the "survival of the fittest" will be visiting you shortly. In the meantime, governments are planning for this and have courses of action they will take, to assure their survival. They seem to think they are immune to what's about to happen, as are the rich. They act like the mindless locust, thinking that they ARE above them in their capabilities. That they can outmatch anything, simply because they, Humans, can THINK, and that is why they are above all others. Well, that is NOT the case, unfortunately, as they will find out in the bitter end.

You are asking where this is going. Waiting to be told the things you do not want to hear. Well. You are correct.

The convergence of immutable limitations is soon upon us. I'll get to some of those in a moment, as I'd like to talk about some of the ones that people think are not a danger first. Why not demonstrate the impossible to overcome first, and simply show that we lose before we try? I'll explain afterwards.

1) The ideal that “you, and the ones after you will have more than the previous generation.”

In Reality: That has worked to this day and into the future, as even without knowing as a certainty, science continues to allow us to defy what seems “impossible”.

2) “Pollution is not a threat to us.”In Reality: Well, when there were small numbers of

people, this could be construed as true. However, what people fail to take into account of garbage in the past and garbage of today's era, is the deadly nature of modern trash. In the past, we only ever created naturally decomposing “environmentally safe”, relatively speaking of course, “garbage”. Many have finally discovered that “garbage” doesn't actually exist in the first place. That was always myth. The proof is that, if we continually consumed from one place and deposited in another, that the source diminishes and the end product increases, and there's a point where nothing is left but the “garbage”. But we have arrived to a state that has never happened before to any species on this planet. The garbage we create, if not properly “deconstructed”, leads to the endangerment of the survival of ALL species on Earth, as well as ourselves! Yes, I've applied extra emphasis on that last sentence as “garbage” absolutely and totally can wipe out all life on Earth....

You see, we make myriad types of unnatural materials as well as liquid and gas compounds that are in excessive concentrations than do naturally occur anywhere in the envi-

ronment of the planet on which we dwell. I could start giving examples of this but the list is truly enormous. If you have really led the sheltered life in this regard I could make a list of some of the worst offeners for printing in the next edition of 30th Century Solutions.

The problem with garbage is that there is that which can be seen, and the sometimes, far more dangerous which cannot! When garbage is out of control, I guess it then is referred to as pollution. When that word started being used is when people first became aware of this immense problem. It stems as far back as 4,000 years ago, and we are yet to learn that this needs to be dealt with yesterday!!!

What's the oldest invention? I may have been plumbing!!!

Yes, as well as “garbage” needing to be removed from the very first settlements of early Man, plumbing was very, very quickly discovered to be just as important too. The ability to handle the disposal of garbage and the application of plumbing, plumbing being a part of overall sanitation, was not a luxury, but an absolute necessity for survival!!! This leads us to medicine. Today it is expanded to the wide scope term healthcare.

These all are married to each other in no uncertain terms. You simply cannot have one or two with exclusions of the other(s) for a high density society to survive. These are absolute fixed costs that must be covered by a society's expenditures as a part of their infrastructure system whatever the economic model that a group of intelligent living beings chooses to live with and use.

Last thought: Everyone wants to step into space, but no one wants to foot the bill.

Every company I contacted that wants to launch into space is short of money to do so.

Space certainly isn't a place for us that have even less than they do.

I don't understand.

EditorialEvery country is in debt - And cannot keep up with the interest on the bonds... never mind the debt... And the bondholders and the market... Are now telling all government: To lay off and cut back on all services and programs to all citizens in many countries

And this is what happens next... 1st the investors move in - looking for cheap properties and government resources... And create low paying jobs because of high unemployment... After a year or so.... They ask for $ bailouts from local government: And a year later they leave.

Then an organization called the Standard and Poors - declare that a particular country is now on credit watch... this is part of the plan... And then the IMF and the world bank moves in and demands the gold.

And now the brokers and the lawyers are wheeling and dealing - And there are riots daily worldwide and are not shown on TV at the moment.

Not once have I ever made a profit on this newspaper... But this is not why I do this... there are many opportunities that exist in this newspaper... This information is made to be stolen.

AS LONG AS THEY IMPROVE ON ITThere is a way to eliminate all debt

worldwide... this will create millions of jobs... and it's on page two and three of this newspaper... poverty will cease to exist... In a debt free society... and it's not time to be scared of new ideas promote the vote call your contacts.

The class action lawsuit against the world bank... If one death occurred because of this... Forest Carbon Fund Project – I have a case... I will be entering pretrial and... I will appeal.

Now I was given permission to appeal... In conclusion: I would like to thank all my supporters and I will not fail and the content of this newspaper are my credentials.

And any lawsuits that come my way will be invalid and have to be dealt with by the eighteen judges at the International Criminal Court... has determined a final decision on the Forest Carbon Fund Project.

Because I am in appeals mode until the last day of 2012... Also I will not deal with any international laws united nation laws including the Americans... until the ICC has reviewed and reached a decision on the Forest Carbon Fund Project.


Suicide Pact: Symptoms of a Mass Cultural Disease

I recently stumbled across a marvelous little article on CBC's BC website. This article, obviously reflecting the most important events of our here and now in BC, speaks of the discovery of a "Youth Suicide Pact" in East Vancouver. While the lives of youth are certainly important, does this 7 sentence expose without a listed author warrant the front page of British Columbia's news? Is that what our public funding pays for, all the while significant events continue to transpire, like the second shipping complication outside Kitimat, site of the proposed Enbridge Northern Gateway project? Apparently not. Or perhaps some reporting on the grassroots movements opposing both the Enbridge and Kinder Morgan pipeline products that continue to gain traction, but we haven't received any of that either.

But let us overlook the silence (deliberate 'incompetency'?) of our mainstream media on matters significant to an informed British Columbian populace and consider the matter at hand. Quoting the CBC news article in question we hear that "authorities managed to step in and prevent a tragedy" and that now a "network of Inner City Community Services wants more services". The network calls for a "placed-based strategy to provide more flexible mental health and family support" to handle the "gaping holes in the mental health care system that can often worsen problems rather than fix them". The unfortunate participants of this event number 24 children, almost all "aboriginal and live in the Grandview-Woodlands area." While marginally informing, the article is missing something vital: WHY?

What drives our youth, in this case our aboriginal youth, to the point of suicide en mass? What kind of society breeds such self-destructive attitudes?

The answer is, of course, a corrupt and disturbed environment. And modern British Columbian, indeed, Western society as a whole is characterized by a very penetrating corruption. The true stripes of Canadian leadership at both provincial and federal levels are being laid bare: The name of their game is deception, theft, and disconnection from the people. The BC liberal government has been caught in barefaced lie after barefaced lie and engaged in an almost continuous scamming and burglary of the British Columbian populace that make a mockery of provincial democracy. At the federal level our Beloved Prime Minister Harper has overseen the mass construction of prison facilities for reasons unknown, covert and undemocratic lawmaking, a steady butchering of the Canadian economy via foolish regulatory decisions, and complicity in the mass murder of Libyan civilians and the installation of a Jihadist, dysfunctional, and genocidal government there.Should we be surprised when our society's leaders, who continuously display the behavioral patterns of psychopaths and extreme narcissists, manifest deranged policies that hurt the Canadian people? Should we be surprised when the result of their activities is the thorough and growing corruption of Canadians as a whole? Although suicide is by no means a happy subject to broach, I can certainly understand why a lot of people (including and beyond the suicide pact here) would consider the idea. When facing the corruption of our social environment, desperation and anxiety are the expected responses.

Canada is becoming, in the words of Andrew M. Lobczewski in his book on psychopathy Political Ponerology, a ponerized society, a society in which psychopathic behaviors have infected the minds of the general population that allows psychopaths to take control and become a pathocracy. Until we look at the causes of our societal degradation and connect them to the only possible suspects, the psychopaths, we will be increasingly faced with a public destitute in healthy emotional and intellectual capacities. Instead be turned into a corrupted people in which deception and controlling behaviors is the behavior of the status quo.

I don't want to live in that future. If you don't either, I encourage you to get educated and quick, because the tide of psychopathy and narcissism waits for no one.
