SILENT AUCTIONSilent Auction items are on display throughout the evening. These items are divided into three areas based on the room they are located in, with the first area (McKenzie Room) closing at 8:45 p.m. You will be reminded five minutes prior to the closing of each subsequent area.

Bidding sheets are in front of each item with the lot number and minimum increments clearly marked. Please note that bids for less than the minimum increment will be invalid. There is no limit to the number of bids you may make.

When placing your bid, please PRINT your bidding number and your name.

Successful bidders of silent auction items are asked to track their purchases in the space provided on the back of their bidding number envelope. After each area has closed, and it has been determined that you are the successful bidder, you are welcome to pick up the item.

LIVE AUCTIONDuring the live auction, the Auctioneer will recognize your raised bidding number. If you are the successful bidder, please announce your bidding number to the Auctioneer.

Again, please keep track of your purchases on the back of the bidding number envelope.

PAYMENTPayment may be made by Visa or MasterCard. We need to collect HST on most items, and can complete this calculation for you. You must provide your name, address, phone number, email, card number, expiry date and three digit security code in the space provided on the back of your bidding envelope before handing it to a Chamber staff person. Receipts will be sent to you, with a confirmation of your winning bids.

Please be sure that you enter the lot number and amount paid for each item you purchase. Don’t forget to pick up your purchases before you leave.

DELIVERY Deliveries of purchased auction items will be provided free of charge by Maximum Express. Should you require delivery, please visit the Maximum Express staff at the event to arrange delivery of your items.
