in a particular way towards some object or other person . it also conduct in an

same . but they are having a huge difference "#' mean 3I m alone can do this work

There are two types of attitude

In organization positive attitude comes from competence and effective ness and

effectiveness comes from knowledge and skills. And if a person is having a good

knowledge and skills that mean his job performance is always better. if a person havea positive attitude it effect on others also his family his friends his environment

both internal within the organization $4 e&ternal .

If a person having this in an organization he get job satisfaction ,job involvement and

organizational commitment .

In job involvement/ 0 persons identified with his job activity, and his performance is

important for self worth.

In organizational commitment/0an employee identifies with particular organizationaland its goals and whishes to maintain membership in the organization.

themselves and others .*ersonality is a part of organizational behavior it comes

from a word persona means mask a person personality Is dependent on perception ,

organization climate and culture .personality test to determine how people usually

act or feel in particulars situations .The sum total of ways in which interact an

individual react and interacts with each other .

As my point of view employee motivation is a way to get people to like working

hard. in organization motivation is direct linked with to business profit ."mployee

individual company workers to motivate them brings their job. (otivation also mean

inspire someone or inspire own self .motivation is comes from within .it needs

cultivate, direct, communicate 4 reflection.

Situation of attitude /0

9$ 2uring my preparation of entrance e&am of mba I am very scared about

general knowledge but when I join this colg I think in my mind I will sure

improve my gk to read daily news paper and I started read newspaper as my

point of view this is my attitude towards me not for other I never think in my

mind that this work is I don:t do I always think nothing is Impossible for me I

always everything is I ( *'SSI1+" . I will do it better 6uality this is called

my attitude.

;$ I was in my college I have to an presentation on my topic web browser but in

last night of presentation I didn:t prepared , becoz my all the is waste to make

that presentation I didn:t prepare it but I was sure about that my presentation

is going very well becoz know everything about about web browser my topic

name and in presentation my knowledge and my skills are always with me

with the help of that my presentation is going very well in my whole class I got

the third position in that I was very happy at that time its all bcoz of my

positive attitude as I think .i m using my skills and knowledge in a wright way

.

9$ (y father was a great person and he was a great personality I ever seen in

my life he is started his carrier as a clerk of a govt office and due to in some

years he passed e&am and be a officer .he did his work very proper manner

he always believe his work as his worth he is e&trovert and honest towards

his work he is hardworking and his judgment is always

towards family or office. And he is very punctual person his thinking is so

high he believe in simple living high thinking .

;$ I admire in my life (r. Amitabh bacchan very much he is one of the great

personality. =is behavior towards the people is to respect he is a very big

personality but his behavior is very good towards the people who are related to

him or other. I remember that day his birthday is coming soon but a person

who is big fan of him he is waiting till three days out of his house and when

Amitabh knows about that he call him and organized a party for him . That is

shows his behavior towards the person his behavior within the industries and

out the industries always very cool and happy.

9$ I m going always late and sometime take holiday without any rezones my

colg in my college becoz of my laziness habit my mother is motivate me that

3if u r not going daily in college u suffer a lot in ur future life> my family

member always told me that I m very lazy person .at that time and I dint

listen her and no one after 9 st semester my result is coming and I got back in? subjects I realize that yes if I m wrong not going colg daily I did it s effect

on my results as well as my future and I also not to be called as lazy person in

my family. And after that I m going colg daily .

;$ That is very small incidence happened with me my little sis is very scared for

the sea saw because see saw his friend who is injured because of sea saw at

that day she never lift in the sea0saw I told her nothing is happen to him and Im here don@t worry she scared sometime after I motivate her to told her such

word which is related towards the sea saw and I told her just look in to my

eyes and she just felt her all fear and after ranging that sea saw she was very

happy and now she never scared from the sea saw . that was the day when I

saw a motivation factor that everything is we can do .
