REQUIREMENTS.

2. PREPARATION OF THE PIPING SHALL INCLUDE REAMING, REMOVAL OFBURRS, REMOVAL OF ANY SCALE AND DIRT ON BOTH THE INSIDE ANDOUTSIDE OF THE PIPING BEFORE ASSEMBLY.

3. CIPP INSTALLATION:A. THE INSTALLATION OPERATION WILL BE CARRIED OUT USING TRENCHLESS

TECHNOLOGY ELIMINATING THE NEED FOR EXCAVATION.B. THE TUBE WILL BE IMPREGNATED WITH THE PRE CALCULATED AMOUNT

OF THE EPOXY RESIN AFTER THE 2 PARTS ARE THOROUGHLY MIXED.C. THE LINER WILL BE INSTALLED USING THE PULL IN PLACE METHOD WHERE

THE LINER BLADDER SYSTEM WILL BE PULLED TO THE SPECIFIEDLOCATION IN THE PIPE AND THE BLADDER WILL BE INFLATED USINGCOMPRESSED AIR OR WATER TO AN ADEQUATE PRESSURE FORMING THELINER TO TIGHTLY FIT THE INTERNAL CIRCUMFERENCE OF THE PIPE.

D. THE CURED-IN-PLACE PIPE SHALL PROVIDE A SMOOTH BORE INTERIORAND SHALL CONFORM TO THE EXISTING PIPE AND ELIMINATEGROUNDWATER INFILTRATION THE TUBE WILL BE CONTINUOUS IN LENGTHAND WALL THICKNESS SHALL BE UNIFORM.

E. USE TORQUE WRENCH TO OBTAIN PROPER TENSION IN CINCH BANDS ONABOVE GROUND HUBLESS CAST IRON PIPE. BUTT ENDS OF PIPE AGAINSTCENTERING FLANGE OF COUPLING.

F. PROTECT DRAINS DURING REMAINDER OF CONSTRUCTION PERIOD TOAVOID CLOGGING WITH DIRT AND DEBRIS AND TO PREVENT DAMAGE FROMTRAFFIC AND CONSTRUCTION WORK.
