Having a control plan, risk management concerning security measures

Monitoring: After approval, AEO members are required to send financial statements and balance sheets to the AEO Standard Division every year in order to monitor their ability in running the business and ability to pay Customs debt.

Evaluation: Re-validations process in every three years to review AEO status of members.
