There is a way to become more CONFIDENT in setting prices for your coaching practice. Work your way through the straightforward steps below to develop YOUR charging-clients confidence in as easy as ONE... TWO... THREE... STEP 1: Clarify Your Investment Position Your investment position is the amount of time, energy and finances you invested in order to get where you are to be able to offer your services to clients. Q1: Write down how much time and finances you spent to get you coaching education. Do not forget travel expenses etc. Q2: Write down what other knowledge and skills you are consciously using during your coaching practice and evaluate in numbers how much time and finances took you to get that also. If some positions are difficult to estimate use rough estimations. STEP 2: Diversify Your Offerings It is always good to have a possibility to chose, right? I am also sure you are happy when you are able to taste an unfamiliar product before you go ahead and buy it. Why your customer should be different? Q3: What is the range of prices and services you are offering? (Are you offering free testers? What is your most expensive service/product? How many "middle range priced" products-services do you have? Brainstorm and create multiple offers that range from free to most expensive one.) STEP 3: Get Crystal Clear About Your Customers’ “WHY” Greater confidence can come from knowledge about the value your customers experience in your products and services. Know, very clearly, how you add value to your customers’ lives and you’ll know without a doubt why you should be charging them for your offerings! Q4 For each product-service you are offering write down three main reasons WHY customers prefer to buy from you. Q5 For each product-service you are offering write down all reasons why you are confident you can provide high quality service and satisfy your customer's needs.
