The single toggle crusher has a very large crushing capacity because it is large
in opening s ize, large in crushing throw near around the inlet and small in the
whole nip angle. Since it is simple in mechanism and light in weight as
compared with the blake type, this machine is very easy to handle. For this
reason, this machine has established its position as a primary crusher in the

FS type single toggle crusher has big opening dimensions.

Frame is one structure of the core box that combined steel plates for welding

All is made by high quality high manganese cast steel, and be given a
complete heat treatment. The jaw plate is the top and bottom same model

It establishes at both ends of the eccentric shaft, and one side serves as a V
pulley. It keeps enough flywheel effect to let you show powerfully crushing
power. Moreover, flywheel becomes balance weight for unbalance dependingon eccentricity movement.
When it regulates an outlet differential gap, it connects a hydraulic cylinder
and toggle block directly and it press-fits an oil in a hydraulic cylinder and
pushes toggle block forward and inserts shim board, therefore can regulate
very in a short time. After the adjustment is completed, the oil pressure is
multiplied by the rod side of the hydraulic cylinder, and the toggle block is
tightened and fixed to a back frame and fixes toggle block by taper block atframe both ends, therefore do not rattle during operation.
Plate is made by special cast iron, and a seat is made by forging steel. In
the contact part, be taken hard facing both. A contact part of a seat and plateis an oilless system(patent No.424746), therefore do not need oiling, and there
is not sticking by running out of oil. Moreover, maintenance is simple, and
there is not that it pollutes floor with an oil at all. Moreover, toggle plate
becomes somewhat lower with strength than other parts. A plate chews
metallic material in crushing room, and it is with the protective device which it
does breakage, and prevent damage for the other body when abnormality load
hung.
