ProcessWhen experimenting for my magazine cover I used several different tools. The first tool I used was a brighten/contrast effect on all the images, I did this to make the images stand out more and be attract more people to read the magazine. The second tool I used was a text tool, this was so that I could write the headline and some basic sentences to help draw in the audience. The third tool was a 3D effect tool, I used this tool on some of the text in order to keep the audience engaged in the cover of the fishing magazine. The forth tool I used was the magic wand tool, this was so that I could change the images that I decide to use so that I could tie my whole cover together without anything looking out of place.

Reflection

• What elements of your experiments will you include in your final product?

I think that I will include the magic wand tool in with my final product because I feel that I might need to use it in order to make my images look as professional as possible.

I will use similar a layout plan using both text and images so that people can get a sneak peal on what my magazine will be about and want to buy it. I will also put a price on the cover of my final magazine product so that people know straight away and don’t have to ask at the till.
