CGE Risk Management Solutions & SheRisk Global invite you to attend the upcoming 3-day risk analysis and critical control management training. During the first 2 days, you will expand your knowledge of the bowtie method and learn how to apply the latest user-friendly and advanced features of BowTieXP. On the third day you will be introduced to the AuditXP, a tool to actively monitor your critical controls. By means of extensive theory and interactive exercises, you will be prepped to undertake qualitative risk assessments using the best methodologies and tools.

• Welcome & introduction

• Bowtie methodology

Introduction to risk management and the bowtie methodology: history, why bowties, advantages and usage. 8 Steps in bowtie analysis: Hazard, Top-Event, Threat, Consequence, Barrier, Escalation Factor and Escalation Factor Barrier.

• Bowtie building game Development of a basic bowtie — group exercise.

A hands-on practice with involvement from all participants in the building of bowties. This is a very popular part of the training.
