"Medical Marijuana: The Conflict Between Scientific Evidence and Political Ideology. Part Two of Two." Taylor & Francis. N.p., n.d. Web. 14 Oct. 2015.

This journal is very extensive and informative. The author seems to have gone into much detail and found research for all surrounding topics of medical marijuana. The FDA’s laws and restrictions are examined and documented benefits of usage are expanded upon as well. Pain and other chronic and mental health issues are also covered, I believe the author focuses widely on this due to the fact that the country is slowly changing itself, without altering at a federal level. So many people await research and the author provides as much possible from the information provided from existing legal states

I like how many places this author touches. Our country will be able to change in a way that could affect many things that the public eye doesn’t even recognize. Early history up to current investigations are provided and my research will be filled with information from this site. I am intrigued to dwell into the actual evidence provided and see what my own view point will be able to uncover, even for myself if not for others.

"Medical Marijuana and the Law." The New England Journal of Medicine. N.p., 22 Apr. 2010. Web.

In this article the author goes on to list the current states that are being affected by medical marijuana and the laws that follow from each state. They state that there are people looking for the reform of the scheduling of the drug and my research lies within their studies and information. The article goes on to explain why the states have taken charge and, in a way, override the federal law to benefit off of the medical and economic values behind marijuana. State laws are discussed and the benefits for the population and government are mainly focused on.

This article gives me a lot of information to expand upon in my research. It gives me the ability to have examples and actual state laws and studies behind my topic. I believe that the article covers many bases when it comes to understanding the unfolding of marijuana decriminalization across the country.

"A Longitudinal Study of Marijuana Effects." Taylor & Francis. N.p., 03 July 2009. Web. 13 Oct. 2015.

I think this article will be very beneficial for my research. The author talks about a study done approximately 30 years ago. I know the time period is long, but the study is well formed. The

I believe that the information in this article will give another view to my paper. I will be able to provide an experimental example to my research. I also enjoyed the fact that the articles research

subjects are kept in-touch with for a time period of 6 to 8 years to see the change of desire and bodily affects. There were 100 regular marijuana users that participated in the study. The experimenters gave a question sheet full of ways to determine exactly how they felt about their usage and how it altered over the given time period.

was done over good length of time. I think it adds even more information to be analyzed.

"NORML.org - Working to Reform Marijuana Laws." Medical Use. N.p., n.d. Web. 28 Sept. 2015.

I believe this source was able to show the research that was valuable to my paper. The article talks about how the strain on legislation is affecting Americans and their health. It is nice to see there is studies working towards informing others about the benefits and the problems people are facing without it. They go on to list the medical benefits that the population would be able to receive and how it has the ability to change people's lives for the better. The site also includes health organizations that are supporting the cause and granting medical access to people that need it.

I think the article could have included more about how they found the information. They also talked about legalization and I enjoyed the examples of medical benefits that it provides.

"DEA / Drug Scheduling." DEA / Drug Scheduling. N.p., n.d. Web. 28 Sept. 2015.

On this website the author includes the FDA’s drug scheduling system. By doing this I was able to include definitions in my research to have an impact behind my reasoning. My whole argument is taken place with the information on this page. Without these laws and systems that are put in place my argument would be no more, I would have no reason for this paper. They explain what reasons the drugs are located where and the criminal charges for each. All the information helped me gather the proper research to talk about and an argument that is also a world wide argument currently.

This page was very helpful by giving straight facts about the scheduling of drugs. The DEA gave information for the page to talk about the laws and the processing for each schedule. It was the beginning that talked about each schedule and the dangers of each.
