We use the present simple to talk about things we do regularly. To make the

present simple with I , you, we and they, we use the main verb. To make it with

she and it, we usually add -s to the main verb.

I/You/We/They get up at seven o'clock every day.

Remember some verbs are different. We add -es to verbs that end in -0 , -sh or -ch
