Manglam to bring biggest township in Bikaner

Rajasthan's renowned Mangalam-Build developers group will launch a township‘Manglam-Greens’spread over 207 Bighas in Bikaner. The biggest township of Bikaner will have 150 flats, 200 vials and 550 plots. As well as mall for shopping, club house for entertainment and swimming pool, School, special space for children to play, hospital and other modern facilities will also be developed in the township.

The group director Vinod Goyal said, "the group plans to make a new and modern bikaner just 2 kms away from Gangashahar. This is the first biggest township project in private sector as no such project in private sectors was introduced here earlier. He said that fully furnished flats and villas having all modern facilities and exquisite interior will be constructed with advance techniques. 2 BHK flats of the township will have a special feature of study room. Interested people could buy villas and f1ats of 142 sq yard and 17 sq yard. Along with this, plots could also be bought as per one's budget.
