HIGH TEMPERATURE GREASE HIGH-TEMP GREASE

Multi‐Purpose Grease A lithium soap extreme pressure grease for general lubrication in anti‐friction and plain bearing applications. Standard grade is NLGI 2. Also available in NLGI 000, 00, 0 and 1 grade. Temperature range: ‐10°C to + 150°C

M.L.R. Grease A red lithium complex bearing grease designed for use in medium load anti‐friction and plain bearing applications. It offers excellent water and corrosion resistance and a wide temperature range. Temperature range: ‐30°C to +160°C

M.L.R.‐M Grease As the MLR Grease, this product is designed for anti‐friction and plain bearings, but the addition of MoS² means it is suitable for heavily loaded applications. The Molybdenum Disulphide works to increase load carrying and decrease friction. Temperature range: ‐30°C to +170°C

Hi-Load Grease A high performance multi‐purpose grease developed to simplify maintenance lubrication. Suitable for all types of ball, roller and plain bearings which enables a reduction in the number of greases stocked. Excellent high load carrying properties protect the bearings in hostile environments. Temperature range: ‐20°C to + 140°C

Open Gear Grease A tenacious grease for application where good adhesion and protection from high loads and corrosion is of prime importance. Ideally suited for slew gears and fifth wheels. Temperature range: ‐10°C to +100°C

Drop Slide Lubricant A specialist silicone based lubricant developed to meet the requirements of theme park drop slides. It is a non‐flammable, clear and food‐safe fluid that is long‐lasting, water‐proof, and helps to prevent friction burns. Can be used on indoor or outdoor slides.

FS Extra A fully synthetic, food‐safe, PTFE grease with a wide temperature range. Designed to lubricate bearings, chains and slides but due to its fully waterproof properties, it is also ideal for use in the marine industry to protect metal from corrosion. FS Extra is colourless and odourless making it very clean in use. Also ideal for use on window and door gear in exposed coastal locations In aerosol form, FS Extra sprays as a liquid which penetrates and then thickens to form a full number 2 grade hydrophobic grease. Red Rubber Grease Red Rubber Grease is a premium quality biodegradable Bentone thickened automotive grease for use in hydraulic systems, especially braking systems, where compatibility with natural, styrene butadiene (SBR), and other types of rubber seal is desirable. Due to the vegetable base oil, the grease is resistant to hydrocarbon solvents, notably petrol and diesel. A red dye is incorporated for identification purposes.Temperature range: -5°C to +120°C

Titan-M NLGI ‘1’ LSW Grease This grease has been specially developed for the rotational moulded plastics industry for use in the main arm bearings. Techno‐Carb Super 2 A fortified synthetic lubricant for chains and conveyors operating at temperatures up to 280°C. Low evaporation rate increases lubricant life with minimal residue. Techno‐Carb Super 2 is very adhesive to metal surfaces even in the presence of large amounts of water and is non‐corrosive on steel, copper, bronze, etc. Techno‐Carb Super 2 is the highest performing product in the range and should be used for the most demanding applications. Aqua‐G A high purity graphite dispersion in water specially designed to eliminate the risk of fire in bakery tunnel ovens. Aqua‐G penetrates where it is most needed and keeps the chains free and mobile without the build up of wet and sticky deposits. Alu Tech Paste Alu-Tech is a specially formulated, high temperature, anti-seize, thread and flange lubricant, which will prevent seizure and damage on all threaded and mating surface connections at high temperatures and in corrosive conditions. Temperature range: ‐30°C to +1100°C

Copper‐Tech A lead free specialised concentrated copper and graphite lubricant and anti‐seize paste. Used for reducing friction on assembly and dismantling of components. Temperature range: ‐30°C to +1100°C

Moly‐Tech A.P. An extreme load, low friction paste for assembly and running in under the most severe conditions. The high concentration of MoS² effectively prevents scuffing caused by metal‐to‐metal contact. Temperature range: ‐60°C to +650°C

Nickel‐Tech Nickel‐Tech compound is a soft silver grey paste, designed to prevent seizure caused by metal to metal contact. Nickel being a hard material (harder than other anti‐seize pastes such as copper or aluminium) will maintain separation of surfaces that may well come into contact and seize together. Nickel‐Tech is very effective where different metals may come into contact with each other and when used with nickel alloys. Temperature range: ‐55°C to +1400°C

Pen‐Tech Fluid Technically advanced penetrating fluid with PTFE which gives fast results on even the most corroded components, reducing friction and displacing water. It is also an excellent demoisturising spray ideal for use on electrical equipment, including automotive. Pen‐ Tech will clean and displace grease and abrasive particles from metal surfaces, leaving a protective shield of PTFE.

Power Cut Fluid A neat, high load cutting lubricant designed specifically for applications where extreme pressure resistance is a necessity. It offers excellent adhesion to tool edges, a better finish to machine parts and reduces friction which prolongs tool life.

Power Cut Paste A soft cutting lubricant with a low melting point, designed specifically for use where good adhesion to the work piece and good extreme pressure resistance is a necessity. Suitable for reaming, tapping and drilling, broaching of tough alloy steels and all slow speed machining.
