Findings
The large no. of employees are satisfied with the Tajwork culture and condition.
Employees are satisfied with their salary whichorganization provides to its employees.
Employees are happy in Taj and in Taj employees aregrowing on the basis of question that has been asked inthe questionnaires by this we can find out thatemployees are happy with the organization and theyknow that as the organization is growing they will alsogrow.
Taj takes care of its employees emotional quotient very
well as we have find out from the questioner. Taj looksupon employees problem and try to solve them.
Taj considers issues related to health and safety so thatemployees feel comfortable and work hard that willincrease organization productivity.

Conclusions 1. Organization work for employee welfare and the
satisfaction level of employees are high.
2. Employees are totally satisfied with taj workingatmosphere, working hours and relaxing hours betweentheir shifts.
3. Employees are satisfied with the salary, benefits andwhatever organization does for the employees welfare.
4. They are also agreeing that organization take itsemployee as it assets because organization counts itsemployees suggestion & their innovative ideas and theyare rewarded for their ideas and suggestion.
5. Worker feel honored engaged with taj and they areaware about the tajs brand, products and serviceswhich they provide to its customer.
