CONTEST RULESEntry: Entry forms and fees must be received by Friday, July 27.Entry Fee: $15 per entry (you may enter in more than one category)Submissions:

• Submissions must be brought to the Hillcrest Atrium between 6:30 and 8 a.m. on Thursday, Aug. 2.

• Each contestant will provide 24 cupcakes (all the same) in a disposable box or boxes.

• Size of the cupcake is not limited, although traditional is recommended.

• Recipe must be submitted with cupcakes (optional for Professional category)

• If you choose to use a box mix, you must include the brand in the recipe.

• Please choose recipes that will hold up for at least 7 hours without refrigeration.

• Additional cupcakes (not used for judging) will be sold; proceeds will benefit the American Heart Association.

• Hillcrest Hospital reserves the right to use or publish all recipes.

Judging: Cupcakes will be judged on:

• Aroma and Flavor — 40%• Texture — 40%• Appearance — 20%
