Greetings Trinity Lutheran! My name is Tina Kvitek, and I am your ELCA Foundation, Regional Gift Planner for the Rocky Mountain Synod! I am pleased to let you know that the ELCA Foundation has partnered with your Stewardship Committee and Pastors to work on a

Ministry Funding Plan that will accomplish two main goals:

1.) to establish policies that ensure the acceptance and responsible use of the treasures that are gifted to your congregation. I will be working with your Stewardship Committee to develop such a plan (subject to council approval) at Trinity on Friday, June 29th, 2018, 9 -11 a.m.

2.) to provide professional guidance in determining how to implement charitable giving for any individual who wishes to work on a personal Estate Plan. I bring 12 years of financial planning expertise and as an employee of the ELCA Foundation, my services are made available to you completely free of charge. If you have ever considered leaving assets to a charity – let’s schedule an appointment to ensure your unique wishes will be carried out perfectly!

I look forward to meeting with you to learn about how you intend to share the treasures God has entrusted to your responsible management, and to help guide you through the best way to support this ministry that is so important to you! My next scheduled trip to Las Cruces will be June 29th, 2018.

Update from Pastor Christa:

I talked to Richard Rakoff 6/21/18 and he appreciates the prayers. Ruth sailed through

her surgery and is up walking tonight! She's at Las Palmas hospital in El Paso, room 520,

but expects to be home on Saturday. Thanks to God for good hospitals and good healing!
