Now, how are we going to increase store sales% &ell as you may have noticed' we have &(&! igns on certain product to really gra the customers) attention items* overhead announcements for items we have to +push like our chicken wings over super  The most important aspect to grow our usiness is to demonstrate eceptional customer service. "ustomers shop here ecause of our low prices, cleanliness and commitment to the community and education and they epect great customer service. If they do not get these things when they shop at hop/ite, they will drive right down the road to our competition. /ememer to always smile, greet the customer o0er assistance if they look lost, and walk them to the item. &e want you, to e empowered to make the right decision.
