Project begins north of the intersectionwith CR 458/McFarland Parkway and ends just past the intersection with SR 371/Post Road/Mullinax Road for a totalproject length of 2.4 miles. Horizontal and vertical geometry will meet a 45-mph design speed and normal right-of-waywill be set at the shoulder break for an 84-foot minimum right-of-way corridor. Proposed roadway will be an urbansection with two (2) 11-foot travel lanes in each direction and separated by a 16-foot raised median. There will be a 12-footshoulder on each side with a 5-foot sidewalk.

Jake Creviston serves as advisor for SVN/Creviston Realty, Inc., specializing in the sale and lease of retail, industrial,office, and multi- family properties in the Metro Atlanta area.
