“We moved into the house four years ago. Built by

a local building company, we chose to up-grade some of the

house specifications whilst the house was being built. The house

is a four bedroom detached and everything was decorated to

an immaculate standard. My favourite room is the kitchen with

dining area. It is the heart of the family home as it is where we

spend most of our time. It is excellent for entertaining purposes

as well because of the open plan layout and the doors open

onto the garden and patio. Over the years we have entertained

many people in this room and it’s a great space as it doesn’t feel

crowded. The garden is approximately one third of an acre and

backs onto fields.”

“The garden faces west and we are really going to miss the beautiful sunsets

and open views over the fields when we leave as well as the fantastic community.

This is the perfect home for a family with children because of the peaceful area.

We’ll be very sad to leave Tilbrook. It has been a beautiful and very happy family

home set in an extremely friendly village. We hope that we can pass it onto

someone who will love it as much as we do,” concludes Susan.”

“The house is located in Tilbrook which is a small village with a large variety of activities to be involved in. There is a bank, delicatessen, bakery,

mini supermarket as well as pubs and a café in Kimbolton which is only 2 miles from Tilbrook. Slightly further afield is St Neots and Rushden which both have a wide

array of shops and amenities. Kimbolton School, which is an independent day and boarding school, is around a two minutes’ drive away. It is a particularly sought

after school. There are also some excellent pubs in the area that serve great food and you will get the warmest of welcomes in the village pub. Transport links are

superb. There are fantastic commuter links to London Kings Cross from St Neots train station. You can get a fast train to London in just 45 minutes.”
