A community pep-rally was held to cheer on the boys basketball team before

they played at the state level at the Alamodome in San Antonio with many

supporters present, including KRIS TV.

We at the Chamber are very proud of their hard work and dedication to their school.

Leadership Aransas Pass has been taking sessions in “Governance Within the Community

We Live In”, “Media & Public Speaking”, and “Healthcare & Social Services in Aransas Pass”

touring the radio station, TV station, AP City Hall, the hospital, nursing home, and so

much more learning about the community we live in. LAP raffled a Jeep Ranger to raise

money for their project. First Place Winner of the 2015 JEEP Renegade - John Mullenax.

Now Leadership Aransas Pass is ready to begin their beautification project. We will keep

you updated with the project and show you final results once completed. LAP Class IV will

Mr. Edwards handed an Economic Overview of San Patricio County, TX pamphlet to all present. It states Popula-

tion, Jobs by Industry, Average Earnings by Industry, Unemployment by Industry, Gross Regional Product, Region

Exports and Imports, Regional Trends, Growing & Declining Occupations and Industries, and Educational Attain-

ment in detail for the county of San Pat. SPEDC will host a Partners Breakfast in each town in the County to give

updates.

Hosting a Chamber Mixer is a great opportunity to tell Members about your

business and services.
