Brief info for Terms & Conditions from Agreement

1 Lock-in period activated

2 Vehicle will be registered on client name

3 Both the parties will have original agreements

4 PDC for Buy back option

5 Tenure extension available for another two years with same amount

6 All running maintenance(Insurance, Driver, Diesel, Repairs etc) will be born by Company

7 Client is not responsible for any incidents from Driver (Company will take care)

8 Company is not having any right to reduce / stop the payment with any kind of reasons

9 Monthly payment will be paid by 10th of every month with 2% TDS

10 At end of the agreement period, client can choose any of the following optiona) Buy backb) Tenure extensionc) Taking vehicle
