Parish Coffee and Donuts : At the conclusion of the 9:00 Mass, hosted by the Saint Agnes Parish Evangelization Committee. Please join us in the Arlington Catholic High School cafeteria for fun and fellowship with

other parishioners! This week, thank you to the Thompson Family for helping to host!

Collection for the Solidarity Fund for the Church in Africa Collection for the Church in Central and Eastern Europe

Next week the second collection will support two of the Church’s Missions. The Church in Central and Eastern Europe collection supports Catholic organizations that provide affordable shelter and training for seminarians in a region that still struggles from the effects of Soviet rule. Your donations help restore the Church and build the future in the region. Please visit www.usccb.org/ccee.

The Church in Africa is growing, yet many still lack access to basic resources and pastoral care. Many suffer due to high rates of poverty and unemployment, illiteracy, and poor education. The Solidarity Fund for the Church in Africa supports pastoral projects that foster lasting peace and reconciliation in a continent often marked by division and tension. Please visit www.usccb.org/africa.

If we keep our eyes constantly fixed on Jesus, we will discover with surprise that it is he who looks lovingly upon each of us.” – Pope Francis Boston Sock Exchange - On the second Saturday of each month, the Boston Sock Exchange Ministry serves our homeless brothers and sisters on Boston Common. Please remember the homeless who would very much benefit from the seasonal clothing you no longer require. Please bring men’s and women’s seasonally-appropriate clothing donations to the bin at the back of the church or to the Parish Center. We are especially in need of men’s new socks, men’s winter gloves (L/XL), men’s hooded sweatshirts (L-4XL), rain ponchos, winter outerwear, juice boxes, Gatorade, or any other individual-sized non-carbonated drinks. At this time we do have enough water. In addition, we could use travel-sized personal care products in bulk to make packages for monthly distribution. Join us in the Parish Center on Friday, March 10 at 7:00 PM to prepare sandwiches and to help organize donations. We are in need of volunteers to help with distribution on Saturday, March 11 at 11:00 AM on Boston Common. Please note that anyone under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult. For information on volunteering, please contact Sheila O’Brien: [email protected].

Bulletin Announcements must be received at the Parish Center by

Monday morning.
