As the technology and its pace develop, the

development of the mind and its rest is still

undeveloped. This is so because of the

technocratic era. Students spend more a time

towards the finite destinations in terms of

inventions, discovery and finding some strategies.

For anything and everything there would be an

equivalent and opposite reaction, as a result they

feel good at knowledge, whereas they feel very

bad in their physical health. To juxtapose with

each other i.e. brain and health, the technologists

esp. the students need to find a place where their

body should get recharged. The place which is

mentioned is something null and void; Nothing

ness of nothing. That is the ultimate tranquil state

of mind. At the time of the ease, they need to go

for doing some physical yoga which creates and

recreates body and soul healthy. To bridge the

soul and its health and body and its health it plays

a pivotal role. People do mock at it. Let the jarring

be abandoned. It is being sincerely followed even

by the Westerners as they are much aware of.

There is one saying when health is lost something

is lost. Now-a-days it can’t be measured as

something but it should be measured as

everything. The other side of making our soul at

ease is meditation which indeed an enlightening

factor for well mind set. Meditation leads to a

tension free life. We wish all the students ought to

balance with mind and body.

Mrs. B. Lalitha is a lecturer in the Department of Computer

Science and Engineering. Being a teacher she has simply dedicated

and devoted herself fully in the departmental activities. Her

approach towards the students and the seniors is very amicable.

She has established a good position as far as the academic

commitments are concerned. She started her noble service of

teaching, particularly in this Institution in 2004. She is playing

commendable roles in the air of educational and other related

perspectives.

A long term accomplishments make her to study her post graduation in Anna University

of Technology, Trichy. Basically she did her Bachelor degree in Computer Science and

Engineering at National Engineering College, Kovilpatti and got her degree from Manonmanian

Sundaranar University,Tirunelveli with first class. So far she has rendered her service as a

lecturer over six years.

As an academician she has presented a paper in a National Level conference. Apart from

that she has participated and attended workshop, FDPs and seminars. She has guided ten projects

in the U.G. level she has produced 95 and 100 percent results right from 2008 to 2010 in the

subjects viz. “High Speed Networks” and “Cryptography and Network Security”.

She held an in charge of Discipline Committee. Other than her academic

accomplishments, she holds some departmental responsibilities viz. Association coordinator. In-

charge - CSE Lab I, , ISO coordinator and project coordinator. Also she has associated herself as

Life Member in the academic bodies like Indian Society for Technical Education (ISTE) and

Computer society of India (CSI). We wish her all success in all her endeavors in all her walks of

life.
