The 2200-PS is a two-color sealed cup pad printer equipped with a heavy-duty dual position pneumatic pad slide mechanism. The added feature of the second pad-slide mechanism allows for flawless second color registration on a number of items including apparel, drinkware and plastic molded products. The 2200-PS accepts 100mm x 250mm plates and prints up to 80mm in diameter. This pad printing machine’s membrane touch control makes it simple to program all setup features. The XYR micro-adjust plate-holder assemblies and tool less quick-adjust further reduce make-ready time and increase productivity. An incorporated pad slide mechanism allows for the accommodation of large pads and is extremely heavy duty, making this the ideal pad printing machine for situations where future production volumes are unknown or likely to increase.
