reappoint Joel Wilson to the Western Pulaski Water Board. Motion carried.

allow Martin Hatfield to proceed with a quiet title action lawsuit regarding the title of

one acre at Zollicoffer Park. This title has to be deeded to the county to be turned

over to the Federal Government. Once this has taken place it can be declared a

National Park. Motion carried.

the cost of fixing the party wall which is partly owned by the county and partly owned

by Bill Thompson's Office. Motion carried.

** Gary Bales spoke about Vermont Garrison. He was born in Pulaski County and

participated in three wars. Mr. Bales would like to see this gentleman recognized in

the county. Judge Kelley will do more research to see what is the best way to honor

Vermont Garrison.
