ROOFTOP AC TERMINAL UNIT CONTROLLER
OVERVIEW
The HVAC building automation controls market requires a flexible and economical DDC controller that provides optimum zone control for packaged rooftop terminal unit applications.
Efficient Building Automation Corporation’s Circon™ SCC‐310‐RTC comes complete with easy‐to‐configure rooftop AC terminal unit control software, combined with a cost‐effective hardware platform to provide exceptional flexibility. Configurable for a variety of applications, the SCC‐310‐RTC is all you need in a 13 point rooftop AC unit DDC controller.
APPLICATIONS
The SCC‐310‐RTC can be used in any packaged rooftop AC unit application. It maintains a constant zone temperature through configurable, sequenced control of the supply fan, heating source, cooling source, and an optional outdoor air damper and exhaust air damper or fan. Optional secondary terminal or perimeter heating control increases application flexibility.
To optimize energy usage with minimal impact on comfort, an internal schedule allows the SCC‐310‐RTC to adapt its control sequence to occupied, unoccupied or standby setpoints, and implement demand limiting from a supervisory control source.
A versatile side loop provides three styles of control for a wide range of equipment including unit heater, baseboard heater, exhaust fan, lighting, maintaining space or duct static pressure, and more. The side loop together with other unused I/O can save the cost of additional controllers for simple applications.
EBAC’s free Windows® based configuration software for the SCC‐310‐RTC is fully compatible with Echelon® Corporation’s LNS® and Tridium® Inc.’s NiagaraAX®. ORDERING INFORMATION

HEAT PUMP TERMINAL UNIT CONTROLLER
OVERVIEW
The HVAC building automation controls market requires a flexible and economical DDC controller that provides optimum zone control for packaged water or air‐source heat pump terminal unit applications.
Efficient Building Automation Corporation’s Circon™ SCC‐310‐HPC comes complete with easy‐to‐configure heat pump terminal unit control software, combined with a cost‐effective hardware platform to provide exceptional flexibility. Configurable for a variety of applications, the SCC‐310‐HPC is all you need in a 13 point heat pump unit DDC controller.
APPLICATIONS
The SCC‐310‐HPC can be used in any packaged water or air‐source heat pump application. It maintains a constant zone temperature through configurable, sequenced control of the fan, reversing valve, one or two compressor stages, and an optional outdoor air damper and exhaust air damper or fan. Optional secondary terminal or perimeter heating control increases application flexibility.
To optimize energy usage with minimal impact on comfort, an internal schedule allows the SCC‐310‐HPC to adapt its control sequence to occupied, unoccupied or standby setpoints, and implement demand limiting from a supervisory control source.
A versatile side loop provides three styles of control for a wide range of equipment including unit heater, baseboard heater, exhaust fan, lighting, maintaining space or duct static pressure, and more. The side loop together with other unused I/O can save the cost of additional controllers for simple applications.

FULLY PROGRAMMABLE VAV TERMINAL UNIT CONTROLLER WITH INTEGRATED DAMPER MOTOR
OVERVIEW
The HVAC building automation controls market requires a flexible, cost‐effective VAV terminal unit DDC controller with integrated damper motor. Efficient Building Automation Corporation’s Circon™ VAV‐332‐IMV with many advanced features, increases occupant comfort levels, while optimizing energy efficiency. It comes complete with an integral damper motor, and one of the most accurate and reliable differential pressure sensors available. APPLICATIONS
The VAV‐332‐IMV can be used for any single duct, pressure independent or dependent VAV control application. It accommodates series or parallel fan powered units or units without fans. For heating, the VAV‐332‐IMV supports three stages of electric reheat, and modulating or floating valve control for hot water heat. To optimize energy efficiency, the VAV‐332‐IMV has several applications. The time‐of‐day schedule can adapt its control sequence to occupied, unoccupied or standby setpoints, the optimum start feature allows the zone to be efficiently conditioned for comfort prior to occupancy, and when used with a supervisory controller, the VAV‐332‐IMV allows implementation of ASHRAE standard 62.1‐specified Ventilation Rate and IAQ procedures, and demand limiting sequences. A versatile side loop provides three styles of control for a wide range of equipment including unit heater, baseboard heater, exhaust fan, lighting and more. The side loop together with other I/O saves the cost of additional controllers for simple applications EBAC’s no‐cost Windows®‐based configuration software for the VAV‐332‐IMV is fully compatible with Echelon Corporation’s LNS® and Tridium® Inc.’s NiagaraAX platforms. FULLY PROGRAMMABLE VAV TERMINAL UNIT CONTROLLER EXTERNAL DAMPER MOTOR
OVERVIEW
The HVAC building automation controls market requires a flexible, cost‐effective VAV terminal unit DDC controller that works with an external damper motor. Efficient Building Automation Corporation’s Circon™ VAV‐332‐XMV, with many advanced features, increases occupant comfort levels, while optimizing energy efficiency. It comes complete with a damper control interface and one of the most accurate and reliable differential pressure sensors available. APPLICATIONS
The VAV‐332‐XMV can be used to implement any single duct, pressure dependent or independent VAV control application. It accommodates series or parallel fan powered units or units without fans. For heating, the VAV‐332‐XMV supports three stages of electric reheat, and modulating or floating valve control for hot water heat. To optimize energy efficiency, the VAV‐332‐XMV has several applications. The time‐of‐day schedule can adapt its control sequence to occupied, unoccupied or standby setpoints, the optimum start feature allows the zone to be efficiently conditioned for comfort prior to occupancy, and when used with a supervisory controller, the VAV‐332‐XMV allows implementation of ASHRAE standard 62.1‐specified Ventilation Rate and IAQ procedures, and demand limiting sequences. A versatile side loop provides three styles of control for a wide range of equipment including unit heater, baseboard heater, exhaust fan, lighting and more. The side loop together with other I/O saves the cost of additional controllers for simple applications EBAC’s no‐cost Windows®‐based configuration software for the VAV‐332‐XMV is fully compatible with Echelon Corporation’s LNS® and Tridium® Inc.’s NiagaraAX platforms.
