The End
This Reservation is beautiful, and well maintained. These First Nation People are self sufficient. Only Seminoles, or
people married to a Seminole, are allowed to live on the Reservation. They thrive and have great respect for themselves.
We learned of this museum from Gale and Malcolm and this turned out to be on our travel route .
Malcolm and Gale sculpted the heads of all of these natives. Each is an actual living member of the tribe.
Even though this is a small museum it is extremely well thought out, beautiful and functional. It also has a Ceremonial
learning area and a nature board walk that shows the environment they learned to live in.
Seminole Indian Reservation
THIS MUSEUM TELLS THE HISTORY OF THE SEMINOLE INDIANS. AND HOW THEY EVADED US TROOPS. THESE
NATIVES WERE NEVER COMPLETELY DEFEATED AND NEVER SIGNED A
TREATY WITH THE US.
