› Small parcels are delivered to the student helpers’ office (1590-218)› Student helpers sign and send out e-mail upon reception
› LARGE packages and pallets cannot be delivered to 1590-218 or left at the entrance (fire-escape route + non-esthetic)› Same for larger amounts of chemicals› Preferred option: Set delivery to a specific room ”(159X-YYY) (contact person, mobile

ETHANOL AND DRUG PERCURSORS
› The house has a permit to buy undenatured ethanol wihtout taxes (about 150 kr/liter!)
› Buy your own ethanol (96%, 99.5%)› Send a copy of the invoice to Bente Olsen ([email protected])
› In IndFak: Before approving the invoice, print a pdf of the invoice › The tax authorities can make control visits
› If we do not have the papers in order, we will be charged the 150 kr/liter in taxes
› The house has a permit to buy drug precursors (i.e. acetone and many others)

WASH OF LAB COATS
› Purchase of lab coats done by each group› Pick-up and delivery once per week (Thursday)› Each coat must be labelled with ”iNANO”, group initials, and person
initials› When dropping off items without an updated label, put them in a clear plastic bag
labelled with the desired text (put the label into the bag)› The washing company will then label the items before washing
› Drop-off and pick-up in washing room in 1592-111› Clean items will be sorted and placed in the cupboards

GLASSWARE WASHING MACHINE
› We have established an Outlook booking calendar.› When you book, please observe the length of your washing program› Most washing tasks can be performed with the standard 1 hour program
› Washing-up liquid and neutralizing liquid is on the house› We have two ”drive-in” trolleys for the washing machine so that you
can fill one with dirty glassware while the other is washing. › General rules for glassware apply: no labels, no autoclave tape, caps
removed frrom blue-cap bottles› The washing room has been equipped with sinks for rinsing away most
dirt from your glassware before final cleaning. › Glassware contaminated with organic/foul-smelling waste must be cleaned in the fume
hood equipped with 3 sinks.› We are still waiting for installation and a short user course, but the
