    TRIPTI is a rural livelihoods Project being implemented in ten districts by the Odisha LivelihoodsMission (OLM) under the aegis of Panchayati Raj Department, Government ofOdisha. It aims atenhancing the socio-economic status of the poor especially women and disadvantaged. groups inthese selected districts. The Cluster Coordinator at the cutting age has to play an important role forthe community mobilisation and all other support which the SHGs and their federations require tobe self-sustainable as per the Project mandate.     nature with probation period of six months from the date of joining and also co-terminus with theTRIPTI Project.     Hearing impairments means loss of 60 decibels or more in the better ear in the conversational rangeof frequencies. Orthopaedically Challenged (OC): 1. Locomotor Disability means disability of bones,joints or muscles leading to substantial restri ction of the movement of the limbs or any form ofcerebral palsy. 2. Cerebral Palsy means a group of non-progressive conditions of person characterizedby abnormal motor control posture resulting from brain insult or injuries occurring in the pre-natal,peri-natal or infant period of development. All the cases of Orthopedically Challenged Personswould be covered under the category of Locomotor disability or cerebral palsy. 4. Probation: Onappointment, candidates will be on probation for a minimum period of 6 months. On successfulcompletion of the probation, and if found suitable, they will be confirmed in the services of the Bank.5. Selection Procedure 5.1 Selection for SWO-A/ Clerical post will be made on the basis of performancein Common Written Examination (CWE) conducted by IBPS in November-December 2011 andPersonal Interview.
