We are pleased to announce that the 21st NCSIR will be held on 7th & 8th of December 2019 at Hyderabad. This conference is being hosted by the Society of Indian Radiographers (SlR), Telangana State Chapter in association with Nizam’s Institute of Medical Sciences, Hyderabad.

We fondly remember your contribution and encouragement for the grand success of the 9th & 12th National Conference held at Hyderabad. We hope for a better response for this academic endeavor with further encouraging response.

This conference aims at the advances and current technological trends in lma-ging sciences practiced across the globe. Eminent National and International faculty will be participating in this academic event to share their valuable expertise and experience. Highlights of the Conference include plenary lectures, panel discussion on important topics, competitive paper and posters besides quiz for the students. Best paper presented by a student technologist will receive “Prof Kakarla Subaarao Best Scientific Paper Award”.

The city of Hyderabad with its rich cultural heritage of more than four hundred years has many places of historical importance to visit besides the famous ‘Hyderabadi Pearls’ and ‘Hyderabadi Biryani’. Guidelines for Presentations:1. The Synopsis should be lesser than 300 words and must contain

Introduction, Objectives, materials, methods, results and conclusions.

2. Should contain Title, Name of the Author, Co-author and Presenting Author name should be underlined.

3. Should be typed on A4 size paper and with a margin of 1.5 CMs on all sides.

4. The Authors can attach their Passport Size photo along with their synopsis.

5. Laptop with CD ROM facility will be provided during the presentation.

6. The Presentations are to be handed over to the Scientific Committee through CD/Pen Drive.

7. The Presentations should be their owned/not copied.

8. The synopsis shall be submitted to the Scientific Committee on or before 31st August 2019 by email.

9. The Registration for the conference is mandatory for all presenters.

10. Poster Sizes should be lesser than 6 X 4 feet and the Committee will provide the space for the Display. But Committee is not responsible for them.

11. All Delegates are requested to make their own arrangement to attend the conference. No TA/DA will be paid to the Speakers/Delegates.

12. Last Date for Submission of Abstracts: 31.08.2019

Padmasri Prof. Kakarla Subba Rao Best Scientific Paper Award will be presented to the Best Oral Presentation by the Student Radiographers.

Separate session is allocated for this award.

They are advised to mention clearly “for Prof. KSR Best Scientific Paper competition” on the Synopsis.
