RULES GOVERN ALL PLAY LOCAL RULES • Keep pace with the group in front of you. • Please replace divots, repair ball marks and rake bunkers. • Shirts and shoes required. Soft spikes only. • Only two riders per cart. • All players must have their own clubs and bag. • No personal coolers allowed on the course. No outside food or beverage except water. • See pro shop regarding minimum spectator and player age. • Please keep power carts 60 feet from greens. • Keep cart on path on all par 3s. • Colored ball in center of fairway indicates 150 yards to center of green. Balls are color-coded to indicate hole location: red=front, white=middle, blue=back. • All yardage markers are to the center of greens. • Native prairie grass areas are declared environmentally sensitive areas (ESA) and are marked by stakes with green caps. Carts and players may not enter or play from ESAs. Stake color indicates proper relief procedure. Blue stakes indicate ground under repair; drop another ball one club length from point of entry, not nearer the hole. No penalty. • Do not enter or play from fenced water hazards on holes 6 and 15. USGA Rules 26-1 and 24-2 apply. • Free stance and swing relief for all new trees, including mulch, when marked with yellow ribbon. Drop zones provided on holes 4, 12, 13 and 15. Embedded ball rule in effect through the green. • Pump house, electrical transformers, guy wires for range netting posts and osprey platform pole are immovable obstructions; proceed under Rule 24-2. Out of Bounds: Designated by white stakes or fencing on holes 1, 2, 3, 4, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15 and 18. Rules enforced by Golf Staff and/or Golf Pro. Violators will be asked to leave. No refunds. Course is under the direction of the Ramsey County Board of Commissioners through the Parks & Recreation department.
