Installation Instructions for PPr Fittings

Remove any dust or dirt on the pipe. Cut thepipe perpendicularly to its axis.

Fix the proper matrix of the pipe and fittingon the welding tool. Hold steadily throughoutthe heating time. The optimum temperatureis 260 10C.

After heating, extract the pipe and fittingfrom the matrix and joint the pip e graduallyto the fitting. Avoid rotating them, r espectingthe insertion depth.

Let the welded pipe and fitting cool atambient temperature (never plunge intowater to cool them). After welding, thoroughlyclean the matrix.

Mark the inserting depth on the pipe usinga soft tip marker or pen.
