Location
The MacArthur Park/Westlake district was one of the first areas of Los Angeles west of Figueroa Street to see residential development. By the 1920s this area resembled the Upper East Side of Manhattan; still today interspersed on many side streets are preserved mansions and whispers of a bygone era. One thing is certain: the area west of downtown, south of 6th Street, north of Olympic Blvd. and east of Koreatown is home to a vibrant community.
New residents will quickly appreciate The Glen Donald Building’s central location, high walkability score, close proximity to the Red Line Metro station, accessibility to LA’s major freeways, and for students, the quick commute to the University of Southern California (USC), Southwestern Law School, Loyola Marymount Law School and the Fashion Institute of Design & Merchandising.
