21 July 2011 District Governor JESS CIFRARotary InternationalDistrict 3780 Dear Gov. Jess: In behalf of the Rotary Club of Batasan Hills and with great honor and humility, we submit the Plans and Programs of our club for Rotary Year 2011-12 , which coincides with the Silver Year of our District, District 3780. Our Plans and Programs outline the projects and activities we have lined up for Rotary Year 2011-12. This was arrived at during our deliberations held during our regular meetings and at the Phillip’s Sanctuary last May 21, 2011 where we had our club planning session.
We have proposed many new projects and activities in addition to the projects already started by the immediate past president Becca dela Cruz. In several of these projects, we will require the cooperation and assistance of the Rotary District. With you at the helm of our District, we foresee no obstacles in attaining our objectives. We will give our full support to the attainment of the objectives of the District and will help achieve the goal of the Rotary International for 2011-12 to reach within ourselves and embrace humanity. Yours in Rotary, AGNES B. SANTOSSilver President, RY 2011-12

• Increase the membership and age range with a focus on younger members 35 – 45 years of age, supported by creating a future membership base through programmes to engage and add value for youth.
• Develop a fundraising plan to support RCBH by strengthening its website to promote its projects to would be partners locally and even abroad.
The Strategic Initiatives we adopt for RY 2011-12 are:
