20th ANNUAL HANUMAN CHALISA RECITALS – COMMEMORATIVE BROCHURE SPONSORSHIPS AND DONATION 2015 marks 20 years since the inception of the Annual 108 Hanuman Chalisa Recitals in Laudium by the Pretoria Navyuga Mandal. To celebrate this milestone, the youth wing of the Shree Pretoria Hindu Seva Samaj are putting together a Hanuman Weekend of celebrations over the 11th and 12th April 2015 as communicated in our previous email. To commemorate this milestone and for it to be remembered for years to come, the Committee sends out a humble request for donations in the form of adverts/messages in the brochure, as well as general donations. Commemorative Brochure The Committee will be publishing a commemorative brochure. The brochure will be printed in the form of an A4 booklet which will be handed out at no cost to all attendees of the 20thCelebrations on the 11th and 12th April 2015. The celebrations will include a Hanuman Rally, Yagna and Kid’s Hanuman Workshop on the Saturday, and the 108 Hanuman Chalisa Recitals on the Sunday. Various organisations from all around Gauteng will be participating in the Celebrations and hence the brochure will gain an exposure of 2 000+ individuals from all over Gauteng. The brochure will consist of various articles written by members of our community, the Hanuman Chalisa hymn, photos from the past 20 years, as well as all the advertisements/messages placed. The funds generated from the advertising will be considered as donations towards the Celebrations and will assist in ensuring that all plans put in place can be executed without any financial hindrances. Conditions of Agreement

Submission of Materials. Advertiser agrees to supply to publisher all elements of the advertising to be published, including properly formatted files and proofs by the deadline, i.e. 13th March 2015.

Cancellations. No cancellations are allowed after the agreement has been signed and the money has been received into the SPHSS bank account.

Publisher’s Discretion. The publisher reserves the right to refuse or cancel any advertising if the advert being placed does not agree with the ethos and the values of the Shree Pretoria Hindu Seva Samaj. All received monies will be refunded in this instance.

Placement. Advertisements will all appear within the brochure, and placement in the brochure is at the publisher’s discretion, though requests are considered on a first come, first served basis.

Errors. Publisher accepts no responsibility for any errors in advertisements prepared or approved by the advertiser. Any substantial errors that are the fault of the publisher will be subject to a reduction or reimbursement of the amounts paid by the advertiser, but in no case will any claim arising from any error exceed the amount paid for the advertisement by the advertiser.

Indemnity. Advertiser’s materials are accepted and published upon the representation that the advertiser has the right to authorize publication of all contents of the advertisement and the representations made therein do not infringe or damage any third party. Advertiser agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the publisher from any and all claims and resulting damages, loss, and expense arising out of the publication of the advertiser’s material.

Payment Terms. Advertiser must pay the full amount in advance. Only once the proof of payment is received will the advertisement placement be considered final.
