The TESCO 500 or 650 HS, the original portable hydraulic top driv

drilling system is reliable and field proven. A selection of powe

units provide the performance required for the majority of drillin

applications.

Simultaneous circulation and rotation of drill string during drillin

or tripping operations, reduces time, cost and risk associated wit

reaming or back reaming.

The HS top drive is rated for 500 or 650 ton casing loads.

The ability to drill with stands speeds oriented directional drilling an

air, gas, or underbalanced drilling. Pipe handling and robotic feature

decrease connection time and increase rig floor safety.

OPERATIONAL ADVANTAGES:

The complete system including the top drive, torque system an

power unit can be installed in less than one day. In most cases, n

rig modifications are necessary.

The HS is equipped with an independent power supply.

Features such as dual directional link tilt, mousehole connectio

extend, full rotational pipe handler thread compensation forwar

and reverse torque limits, remote operated 10,000 psi rated du

ball mudsaver/safety valve and remote operated quick change inse

drill pipe elevators.

A field proven portable system, with over 20,000 operating days tha

can be installed in less than a day, with little or no mast / derric

modification.

An independent hydraulic power system to increase rig performanc

which gives full horsepower to the top drive in critical backreamin

situations.

A modular system which can be broken down for road or a

transportation, assembled in a winterized oilfield skid buildin

stacked for premium deck space or packaged in standard 20 f

containers for commercial shipping.
