2035 Series

Common Components

• The design of the 2035 Series valve includes many proven components for assured reliability. These items include:– Same solenoid used for 2012 and 2006 Series– ISO 5599/2, Size 2 high flow Spool & Sleeve

and all other internal components– Complete G2-2 platform electrical interface

options and fieldbus, same as 2005 and 2012

Electronics• G2-2 fieldbus platform

electronics and electrical connections are the same as 2005/2012 Series for consistency.

2035 Series

• 5 Ported, 2 and 3 position valve functions

• Cv = 3.5, 3500 Nl/m• Available with 3/8 or 1/2

NPTF or G Tap side ports. Bottom ports are 3/8 NPTF or G Tap only.

• Many new features and enhancements from our 2005/2012 Series valves

2035 Mounting Screws

• With external mounting screws at each station, the manifold can be easily disassembled at any station.

2035 Mounting Support

• A mounting support stand-off was created so there is only one screw length needed to to mount the manifold.

• All mounting feet are the same dimension.

Same regulator gauge, type of adjustment, and 5mm hex as 2005/2012 for consistency

2035 Z-Boards

• Z-Boards plug together utilizing a “shroud” that self aligns the Z-Boards eliminating any potential for misalignment.

• Single & Double Z-Boards with and without ribbon cable connectors provide up to 32 solenoid outputs on valve manifold.

• The electrical plug assembly MUST be removed before removing the Z-Board. The plug goes through the manifold block and plugs into the Z-Board. The Philips screw is removable from the top of the manifold block and the electrical plug pulls out.

Speed Control• The speed control for

the 2035 series has tapped mounting hole as opposed to the mounting studs used for the 2005/2012 series.

• Sandwich pressure block and sandwich exhaust block available.

• Both have tapped mounting holes as opposed to mounting studs.

Muffler Cover

• The muffler cover for the 2035 Series is an all metal part to avoid warping and ensure a proper fit.

• Integral muffler & piped exhaust options are available

• Pilot supply porting in left end plate and pilot exhaust in right endplate.

• 14 to 12 Connector distributes power from the 14 end solenoid to the 12 end solenoid.

Summary

• The 2035 Series valve is an extension of the Generation 2000 series of products. With it’s high flow and many unique features, the 2035 is a great addition to the Generation 2000 family.
