2021–22 SEASON 3
To Our Dear Friends of the Noorda Center and to All Prospective Circle Members,
Private Season Sponsor:
As dean of the School of the Arts and
artistic director of The Noorda Center
for the Performing Arts, it has been
the highlight of my career to interact
with so many of you who have put
your considerable time, passion,
and resources behind the vision and
mission of UVU and The Noorda to
make it the cultural jewel of Utah
County. My gratitude simply cannot
be overstated. As we build The Circle,
an elite group of arts patrons, donors,
and friends, it will make it possible for
us to bring in world-renowned artists
like Audra McDonald, Bernadette
Peters, Josh Bell, and so many more
to our beloved county. We hope you
will choose to become an integral
part of this exciting group of friends
who wish to propel The Noorda’s
ambitious and exhilarating vision into
the stratosphere — and fill it with stars!
As I’ve said many times, The Noorda,
while creating world-class cultural
arts experiences for the residents of
Utah County and beyond, serves to
further the mission of the School of
the Arts — which is to teach and train
the artists of tomorrow to be truly
exceptional. This is accomplished by
the rare and astonishing interaction
students receive with some of the
world’s greatest performers and
legends. So please, join us. Become a
member of The Circle — at whatever
level suits you. We promise it will be
an experience like no other!

UVU Museum of ArtThis next year will see a lot of exciting
changes for the UVU Museum of Art.
In addition to the always popular
UVU Faculty Exhibition in the fall,
the museum is moving to a new
location and getting a new name.
Thanks to an incredibly generous
gift, we’re becoming the only house
museum in the state as we move into
the former Melanie Bastian home.
With that transition, we’ll now be
known as the UVU Museum of Art at
Lakemount Manor. That expansion
will give us more room and more
exciting opportunities to expand on
our mission of engaging with the
community. To see all of the current
programming at the UVU Museum of
