NOTES ON FEES

• All staff are subject to a $35 SEVIS fee that will be added to your invoice. This fee is assessed by the US Department of State and subject to change at their discretion.• There is a $50 express service charge for all Direct Placement and Returner applications processed after April 3, 2020.• There is a further charge of $100 for all Direct Placement and Returner applications processed after May 8, 2020.

FEES PAYABLE for Direct Placements and Returners can be submitted by camp or the participant. Camp indicates this when completing our online agreement and profile. This needs to be one consistent policy. We cannot charge some participants for processing and not others from the same camp. If you wish to do this, you should make arrangements directly with the participant. As in past years, there are no refunds for Direct Placements or Returners after an application has been processed. For this reason, we highly recommend that participants pay for their own processing.

*Minimum *Minimum stipend is based on employment for up to 9 weeks. Stipend for week 10 and each additional week should be a minimum of $200 per week.

There are a very limited number of Returner and Direct placement places for this upcoming year. IENA strongly advises applications to be in by January 1, 2020. There is no guarantee and participants are processed in order of application completion. A participant creating an account does not guarantee placement.
