Originally launched by Lloyd Ships Australia in 1990, the stunning 46 m. super yacht Cloud Atlas completed a refit in 2016 whereby she was fully

reconditioned, including, among others, a 4 m. hull lengthening with new garage for water toys and total overhaul of the main engines and generators.

In 2018/19 she underwent a rebuild of the the lower deck cabins and of the wheel house, that turned the décor into a minimalist-classy style.

Her beautiful sleek lines and the skillful use of glass creates a perfect harmony between the exterior and interior making her an ideal yacht for

summertime cruising. Her elegant, timeless shape is an imposing sight on the waves whilst her vast living areas offer unlimited comfort to every charter

guest.

Cloud Atlas is currently undergoing a total rebuild of main deck and upper deck areas as follow:

On the main deck, the salon will be furnished with three large sofas, a bar zone with a gaming table and the dining area for 12 persons. The galley will

be completely rebuilt. The Master cabin will include two bathrooms and an office area, following the mimimal and elegant style of the other areas.

On the upper deck, the skylounge will be separated by a wide sliding door in two zones (dining and gathering area). The gathering area will be

equipped with a 60-inch maxi tv screen.

Part of the sky lounge area will be compartmentalized and moved into a gym area with air conditioned and an additional single cabin with courtesy

bathroom. All the areas will be equipped with new infotainment system and home automation.

The other cabins, rebuilt in 2019 and located on the lower deck, include: two elegant double suites, one of which has a sofa bed; two cosy twins (one

with an additional foldaway Pullman berth). The sofa bed and the Pullman berth are suitable for small children or nannies, and all cabins have

beautifully appointed marble bathrooms and the latest entertainment systems.

1)Get a n idea o f y o u r p e r f e c t c h a r t e r experience

In o r d e r t o c h o o s e t h e i de a l ya c h t , yo u s h o u l d s t a r t by d e c i d i n g t h e da t e s o f y o u r h o l i da y, t h e

number o f guests o n b o a r d , t h e n a v i g a t i o n a r e a a n d a n approximate budget. O n c e yo u have

c o l l e c t e d t h o s e da t a , yo u c a n l o o k t h r o u g h o u r y a c h t a s s o r t m e n t o r yo u c a n c a l l us.

2 ) C o n t a c t us

W h e t h e r yo u a l r e a d y s po t t e d y o u r dream y a c h t o r yo u didn’t, c a l l o r email us a n d please t e l l us

t h e dates , number o f guests, a r e a a n d b u dg e t o f y o u r c h a r t e r . This w i l l help us g e t a g o o d idea o f

w h a t yo u l ike s o t h a t we w i l l be ab le t o sugges t yo u a s e l e c t i o n o f y a c h t f r o m b o t h o u r

c o l l e c t i o n a n d f r o m o t h e r sources: t h e r e a r e o v e r 2000 q u a l i t y y a c h t s f o r c h a r t e r o n t h e

market, a n d we have a c c e s s t o a l l t h e mo s t i m p o r t a n t i n d u s t r y databases. We w i l l provide yo u

a l l t h e m a t e r i a l yo u need t o make y o u r c h o i c e : photos , b ro c h u res , c r e w profi les , i t i n e ra r i e s and,

i f yo u wish, a l s o a sample menu o f e a c h ya c h t .

3) Sign t h e C h a r t e r Agreement

O n c e yo u have c h o s e n y o u r ya c h t , yo u w i l l rece ive a MYBA C h a r t e r Agreement f o r s ignature .

The t o t a l c o s t o f t h e c h a r t e r w i l l inc lude : t h e fee based o n y o u r c h a r t e r days, a n y t a xe s (if

applicable) a n d t h e A dva nc e d P ro v i s i oni ng A l l o w a n c e (APA). The fee c o v e r s t h e c o s t f o r t h e

y a c h t r e n t a l a n d t h e crew’s wages, f o o d a n d c l o t h i n g ; t h e APA i n s t e a d is a deposit f o r

o p e r a t i n g expenses u s u a l l y e q u i va l e n t t o t h e 25-30% o f t h e c h a r t e r fee a n d comprises, but is n o t

l imited t o , fuel , h a r b o r a n d ma r i n a duties, f o o d a n d drink.

CHARTER GUIDE If, d u r i n g t h e c h a r t e r , o p e r a t i n g expenses w i l l exceed t h e APA a l r e a d y paid, a l l o u t s t a n d i n g b i l l s

w i l l be s e t t l e d b e f o re f i n a l disembarkation. Otherwise, a n y re ma i n i n g c r e d i t w i l l be reimbursed

in f u l l . If yo u wish t o embark o r disembark in a l o c a t i o n o t h e r f r o m y o u r ya c h t ’s home port ,

de l ivery/redel ivery c h a r g e s may be required. They w i l l be a g r e e d in a d v a n c e a n d w i l l be

a f f i rme d in t h e C h a r t e r Agreement a t t h e moment o f booking.

4) Payments

To c o n f i r m y o u r booking, yo u w i l l be asked t o pay a deposit o f 50% o f t h e t o t a l c h a r t e r fee o n

s i g n a t u r e o f t h e C h a r t e r Agreement. The re ma i n i n g 50% plus t h e APA w i l l have t o be paid n o l a t e r

t h a n 5 weeks b e f o re t h e c h a r t e r s t a r t s . A l l due sums a r e payable by bank t r a n s f e r.

5 ) Ta i l o r i ng y o u r p e r f e c t c r ui s i ng h o l i d a y

Severa l weeks b e f o re y o u r c h a r t e r s t a r t s , yo u w i l l be asked t o f u l f i l l a pre f e re n c e l i s t where

yo u ’ l l c o m m u n i c a t e a l l y o u r needs a n d requests : pre f e r re d f o o d a n d beverage, f a v o r i t e sports,

type o f h o l i d a y (family, fr iends, couple), d i e t a r y o r me di c a l requirements , a l l e r g i e s a n d s o on .

Please be as a c c u r a t e as yo u c a n : t h i s w i l l help us a n d t h e c r e w o n b o a r d make e ve r y t h i n g

possible f o r y o u r c r u i s i n g experience t o be u n f o r g e t t a b l e . If yo u need a t r a n s f e r f r o m o r t o t h e

a i rpo r t , we c a n a r r a n g e i t f o r you, yo u just have t o ask.

6) Pack y o u r t h i n g s a n d leave!
