Before the season officially starts at Progressive Field on March 26, we want to provide you with materials to help you have a tremendous Season Ticket Holder experience in 2020. Your loyalty to the team is incredibly important to us and we want you to be rewarded for your commitment.

This brochure provides an overview of Tribe Rewards and all the information you need to get started with the 2020 Season Ticket Holder benefit program. From logging in and managing your rewards account, to designating ticket partners and redeeming available rewards, your experience with Tribe Rewards should be both simple and fulfilling.

As a Season Ticket Holder, you have access to Tribe Rewards and there are already points in your account!

To log in to Tribe Rewards, follow these steps:1. Visit www.triberewards.com2. Click “Sign In”3. Use your linked MLB.com email address and password to log in

Please note: You will need to link your MLB.com account to your My Indians Tickets account. Complete this simple process at www.indians.com/mytickets. For more details, click here.

TICKET PARTNERS

To designate official ticket account partners:1. Sign in to your account at www.triberewards.com2. Click on the “Partners” tile on the home page3. Complete the partner designation form, making sure to use the MLB.com email address associated with your partner’s My Indians Tickets account a. If your ticket partner does not yet have a My Indians Tickets account, they will need to create one at www.indians.com/mytickets. b. Once their account is created, they must link their My Indians Tickets account with an MLB.com email account.4. Hit “Submit” and you will receive an automated confirmation email, which you will want to forward to your partner. This email will include instructions on how your partner will log-in and get started.

Tribe Rewards points do not carry over and the last day to redeem your points will be Friday, October 9, 2020 at 5:00 p.m. EST.

GETTING STARTED

ROSTER STATUS

As a Season Ticket Holder, you have a specific Tribe Rewards roster status based on the number of consecutive years you’ve held a season ticket package and renewed your tickets during the renewal period (tenure).

Rookie: First year Season Ticket HolderVeteran: 1 – 9 years of tenureAll-Star: 10 – 19 years of tenureHall of Famer: 20+ years of tenure

REDEEMING POINTS

To browse the complete catalog of Tribe Rewards, select “Redeem” at the top of your account.

The catalog contains a variety of options:

1. AUTOGRAPHED ITEMS - Use your points on authenticated autographed items from your favorite Tribe players and alumni. PLEASE NOTE: All autographed items will only be available for redemption in person, at the Tribe Rewards Kiosk. 2. GAMEDAY EXPERIENCES - Sit in the radio booth for an inning with Indians legend Tom Hamilton, have a greeting shown on the scoreboard or watch players prepare for a game during batting practice. These experiences and much more will be added to the site on the 15th of the month prior to the date of the experience. 3. APPAREL - New men’s, women’s and youth apparel is found under their respective tabs in the catalog and will be updated all season long.4. MEMORABILIA - Find a variety of Tribe merchandise, from drawstring bags to ballcaps, available under the “Memorabilia” tab.5. PROMO ITEMS - Both past and current season promotional items will be available on the site throughout the year under the “Promo Items” tab. For 2020 promo items, please check back the following business day after a game to redeem for that night’s promotional giveaway. Note that current promotional items are limited.

Tribe Rewards points do not carry over and the last day to redeem your points will be Friday, October 9, 2020 at 5:00 p.m. EST.

REWARDS

FULLFILMENT

All items ordered through www.triberewards.com will be shipped to your preferred address, which you can select at checkout.

To redeem reward points during a home game or to talk with a season ticket representative, visit the Tribe Rewards kiosk outside Section 153. Items at the kiosk vary from those available on the site. A valid photo ID is needed for any Tribe Rewards redemptions made at the kiosk.

As a reminder, items purchased at the kiosk will receive a 10% discount and the kiosk will be open from when gates open until the last out of the game, weather permitting.

EARNING BONUS POINTS

Season Ticket Holders can earn points throughout the season, by attending games, entering away game bonus codes, purchasing single-game tickets and more. You will also receive a renewal bonus for renewing your seats for 2020, along with tenure and location-based points.

1. ATTENDANCE - Earn two (2) points for every one of your Season Tickets used to attend a game. Earn an additional five (5) points when using the Ballpark app for entry. If you forward your tickets to a Tribe Rewards designated partner and your partner attends the game, your partner will receive the attendance bonus.2. AWAY GAME CODES - When the Tribe is on the road, watch or listen to TV or radio broadcasts for a special promo code. You can enter away game codes up to 11:59PM EST the following day by logging into www.triberewards.com and clicking the “Bonus Codes” tile on the main page of your account. You will earn five (5) points per correct code entered.3. MERCHANDISE - Any time you purchase merchandise at the Progressive Field Team Shop or any ballpark merchandise stand, have your ticket scanned or provide your Season Ticket account information to receive 10% back in Tribe Rewards points.4. ADDITIONAL TICKET AND TTMVP PURCHASES - When you purchase Indians single-game tickets outside of your Season Ticket plan or a TribeTown MVPs membership, either online or through a service representative, you will receive 10% back in Tribe Rewards Points.

NEW FOR 2020: You will also receive 10% back in Tribe Rewards points when purchasing a group or suite outing, along with any TribeTown MVP packages.

Tribe Rewards points do not carry over and the last day to redeem your points will be Friday, October 9, 2020 at 5:00 p.m. EST.
