We expect over 300 special & general education teachers and related staff to attend! This is a great opportunity to put your products, services, and agencies in front of thepeople who use them. Companies that specialize in early childhood, learning disabilities, autism spectrumdisorder, response to intervention, technology, and other areas of special and giftededucation, all have a place at the Annual Montana Council for Exceptional Children andMontana Council of Administrators of Special Education annual conference. A very high percentage of attendees visit the Exhibitor area looking for the latest andgreatest in special and gifted education products and services. This is your chance tomeet and interact with teachers, administrators, university students, and current andprospective customers when you exhibit at the annual conference. Regular exhibit area hours will be Wednesday & Thursday from 8:00 a.m. through 5:00p.m. and Friday from 8:00 a.m. through 12:00 noon. There are special activitiesincluding morning and afternoon conference breaks planned to attract participants tothe vendor/exhibitor area. Exhibitors will have the opportunity to set up Tuesday evening, or earlyon Wednesday morning.

Instead of preparing a formal speech with accompanying graphics or demonstrations, you willprepare a display that captures your topic and ideas in easily understood printed text,graphics, and images. As conference attendees visit your display, you will have theopportunity to discuss your poster topic with them. Please prepare a one-page handout thatsummarizes your poster and includes contact information, including a URL if applicable.Handouts may also consist of supplemental resources that provide more extensive or in-depth information beyond what is available on the poster itself.
