With cooler weather quickly approaching, we are proud to present our winterization and maintenance program for 2019.

This is the perfect opportunity to have your yearly maintenance completed and at the same time have your boat protected from the damaging elements of Winter.

Please review the information below to insure your boat is serviced the way you like.1. Please take the time to complete this menu so we are aware

of what you would like done to your boat. We won’t perform any work unless authorized.

2. If you would like to store your boat in addition to winterizing it, please complete our Winter Storage Menu also.

3. Please let us know when you are done using your boat. We would like to schedule your service as soon as possible to minimize the risk of storms or cold if you are not using the boat. Your boat must arrive for service prior to 12/18/19.

4. Please be aware that we have limited space and resources available. Work will be scheduled on a “first come - first served” basis.

5. Please be aware that payment for services rendered is due upon completion of the services. Any past due accounts must be settled prior to scheduling service. If you have any questions, please contact our service department prior to scheduling.

6. Your signature is required on this and all work orders. We are obligated by the New Jersey Fair Water Craft Act to have a signed work order prior to performing work on your boat.

7. Please call for your confirmation number after faxing a completed form to us to insure we received it.

8. Lastly, and most importantly, please let us know how we may help you.

Boats up to 24‘ $ 18 @ foot

1. All boats must be picked up within one week of completed work notification or Waterfront will consider the boat here for the winter and charge winter storage accordingly. All boats must be removed from winter storage by 6/1/20 or will incur a fee of $20 @ day for storage. Waterfront reserves the right to transport and re-block at additional charge.

2. Our winterization process is to protect the boat from freezing for a season. Please communicate to us if you require longer term protection.

3. Waterfront cannot be held responsible for freeze damage - boats are completed on a “first come - first served” basis. Waterfront cannot be responsible for freeze damage for boats not winterized prior to the first freeze or 11/20/19 (whichever comes first).

4. Outside vendors are not permitted without prior written consent from Waterfront Marine. Owners are limited to cosmetic upkeep due to increasingly challenging environmental and insurance constraints.

5. Owner agrees to maintain appropriate insurance to protect against fire, wind storm, snow storm, ice storm, collision, hurricane, liability, fire, theft, freeze damage, vandalism, or any other loss. Waterfront Marine is not any way an insurer of the owners property, family, guests, or invites. Waterfront is not liable for injury, loss of life, property damage or loss of use.

6. Waterfront is not responsible for damage to structurally unsound craft.7. Personal belongings must be removed prior to service as Waterfront is not

responsible for loss, theft or damage of any personal property, accessories, electronics, canvas, tackle, furniture, supplies, or any valuables left aboard.

8. In the event of litigation, all fees are the responsibility of the boat owner.9. All prior outstanding balances must be paid prior to work being performed.

Fuel Although we sell ValvTect Fuel (the best fuel available), we still strongly recommend treatment for the winter lay up period to

combat the harmful e!ects of ethanol fuel.Stabilize existing fuel - up to 24’ boat. $22

Sterndrive / Inboard Motors To include fresh water flush of motor, engine oil and filter change, running antifreeze thru the motor for freeze protection and corrosion resistance, running with winterization mix to coat internal components, visual inspection of motor, grease any applicable points and spray with anti corrosion spray to protect external parts.

Each Motor $230 Sterndrive (Lower unit) Service To include removal of drive, confirm proper engine alignment, inspect bellows, drain gear lube and pressure check drive, refill with oil and new gaskets, remove prop - inspect & grease shaft, check universal joint and gimbal bearing, clean and inspect shift mechanism, and re-install with new gaskets.

Outboard Motors - 4 Stroke To include fresh water flush of motor, engine oil and filter change, drain and pressure check lower unit, refill with gear oil, remove prop and inspect and grease shaft, run with winterization mix to coat internal components, visual inspection of motor, grease any applicable points and spray with anti corrosion spray to protect external parts, and check trim and tilt motor.
