I specialize in making sure your vision of your wedding reception comes true, and I will be here to guide you along the way.

So who is this person who is telling you to trust her with all of your dreams of your wedding reception? My name is Karisa Mendez and I have been working with weddings for nearly 12 years. I have worked in various hotels and restaurants, and have been involved with countless wedding ceremonies and receptions. However, each couple is extremely dear to me. I promise that you are not just another couple getting married here. You are a couple whom I will get to know and laugh with, talk to you about your family, your wedding stressors, and your checklists as well as handle all of your questions (and you will have many) with the utmost respect, patience and professionalism. I am one of the few people around who can actually say I

Our beautifully landscaped inner Courtyard offers a perfect option for an outdoor wedding ceremony or cocktail space. With it’s outdoor fireplace and pergola, this space offers flexibility in its set up and décor.

Up to 150 guests can watch you walk down the aisle and take your vows. Our rental of $400 includes the space, plus a back up “rain-room” which hopefully won’t be needed,

chairs, DJ / music table and Unity Candle table.

BANQUET EVENT ORDEROur wedding specialist will create a banquet event order which will include every detail of your wedding reception. This must be approved and signed

30 days prior to your reception.

RECEPTION TIMES & COSTS4pm - Midnight. Our Michigan Grand Ballroom seats up to 250 people with a dance floor, and has a rental fee of $750. If a smaller space is desired,

fee will be based on ballroom size and availability. Cake cutting is included.

CEREMONYYou have an option of having your Wedding Ceremony on site. The ceremony fee is determined

on space requested, availability and whether you would like an indoor or outdoor ceremony.

FOOD AND BEVERAGE MINIMUMNo outside Food & Beverage allowed, with the exception of a wedding cake. All events are subject to a Food and Beverage minimum.

For Saturday events, our Grand Ballroom has a minimum of $7,000 in food and beverage revenue that must be spent at your function. This minimum does not include room rental, service charges, tax and labor charge, audio visual or any other miscellaneous

charges incurred, such as decor upgrades. Food and Beverage minimums may vary depending on size of space and date of function.

SERVICE CHARGE & TAXAll Food, Beverage, Room Rental, and Miscellaneous Charges are Subject to 20% Service Charge and 6% Sales Tax.

DEPOSITS AND PAYMENTSDeposit of $1,000 is required at the time of booking. This deposit is non-refundable.

Deposit schedule will be determined at time of booking. The final estimated payment is due 10 business days before the wedding.

FINAL GUARANTEEAll final guarantees for weddings must be provided 10 business days prior to the wedding.

The final guarantee number is not subject to reduction after the numbers are due.

GUEST ROOMSWe are pleased to secure an allotment of sleeping rooms for your guests at a preferred rate if you so desire. These rates will apply

for the weekend of your wedding. We will release these rooms for sale to the general public three weeks prior to your guests’ arrival.

PARKINGComplimentary on-site event and overnight parking is available.
