The Royal All Stars Cheerleading Academy is the City of Casey’s preferred cheerleading and dance club,

conveniently located in the heart of the municipal’s art district, across from Westfield Fountain Gate

Shopping Centre in Narre Warren. We specialise in competition and recreational cheerleading classes and

also offer classes in tumbling, pom, hip hop and contemporary. We have a fun but rigorous training

program and have a strong emphasis on perfection before progression. Through all of this, we’ve stuck to

our humble beginnings and kept the focus on developing our youth through this amazing sport.

With Royal Cheerleading, you’ll gain life lessons that your child will

take far beyond their years of cheerleading. Nothing compares to the

feeling of belonging to the Royal family. We see our athletes achieve

success through gaining confidence, building lifelong friendships,

developing a strong work ethic and understanding that a team is only

successful when hard work towards a common goal is achieved. Young

athletes with big dreams go far in life. We welcome you to the Royal

family!

This guide has been designed to help answer your questions about our program and to clearly lay out the costs, expectations, commitment and policies within our club. Please review it carefully and do not hesitate to ask us any questions.

Our recreational classes in Tumbling or Cheerleading are a great way to:

“My daughter has gained so much confidence since joining the Royal All Stars Cheerleading Academy. From the quality coaching, to being a part of the ‘Royal Family’ she went from being a shy 9 year old to a sassy shining star.”

If your child loves to roll around, flip, cartwheel and climb, then our Tumbling Classes are the right fit!

Tumbling is a form of gymnastics that is performed without the use of apparatus’ or gymnastics props. It is

also referred to as “floor gymnastics” and can include forward rolls, hand stands, hand springs, flips, tucks,

layouts and so much more.

We have several separate tumbling classes that are available to work towards your child’s tumbling skills

and no cheerleading stunting or dancing. This includes strength training, conditioning and stretching as well

as special equipment and stations are used to work on tumbling for each level. When your child enrols in

one of our Tumbling classes, it is important to remember that every athlete is different and learns at their

own pace and progression. Some kids learn moves more quickly than others and to not compare your child

to anyone else. It is also important that your child learns all of the techniques of each skill to prevent them

from getting hurt or injured.

Our Tumbling classes are on a casual rate or a discounted direct debit week to week or month to month

basis. Contact us today for an assessment and to find out which class is best for you!

Cheerleading is one of Australia’s fastest growing sports. Cheerleading includes a vibrant mix of dance,

tumbling, jumps, cheers, stunting and routine building. The good thing about cheerleading is that you do

NOT need to be good at one specific skill. We believe that our cheer athletes should be taught in a

progressive manner with safety and proper technique being of the utmost importance.

Our recreational cheerleading program is a “stepping stone” in to competition cheerleading where athletes learn the basics of the sport. Our competition level starts at 8 years old in the competition year. We have designed a program to teach young athletes the building blocks in tumbling, stunts, jumps and routine building whilst having fun with games and activities all at the same time!

Direct Debit Accounts:

1. All accounts will be remaining with EziDebit in 2019. The only alternative to this is full upfront payment for the entire year prior to beginning classes and enrolment.

2. Length of Contract- An Ezidebit direct debit form is required to be completed at enrolment covering all tuition costs for the year up to and including December 2019. Payments must be made on a term to term basis. Payments will not be cancelled mid term as to encourage athletes to finish their commitment.

3. Athletes enrolling mid-year will be required to pay fees from the month they join onwards with a reduction for their joining month (ie - enrolling 15 April will mean April’s payment will be 50% off the full monthly amount).

4. Cooling Off Period- Payment plans require monthly or weekly payments. PLEASE NOTE: Class tuition is a contract formed upon submission of an EziDebit Direct Debit Form from

the office. The contract start date is the date of customer signature on that form. The contract expires

once the full amount owed for the year is paid. As part of our class tuition contract we allow a 20-day

cooling off period from the signing date for customers to choose to cancel their contract without

repercussions. After 20 days, customers have a contractual obligation to fulfil their contract, all costs

must be paid in full.

5. Failed Payments- Scheduled payments that fail to transact, or bounce will result in a temporary loss of service to the athletes, they will be gently removed from classes until the payment is made. Failed payments will incur an automatic Failed Payment fee by Ezidebit. If outstanding payments continue to fail, the account will be passed onto a debt collector. All debt collector fees will be added on top of the outstanding amount owed. In the event of serious injury or severe illness, debit payments may be suspended for athletes who are incapable of attending training for a duration of between 3 - 6 weeks. To suspend your payments, a Payment Suspension Form will need to be filled in and submitted to the office to be approved along with a medical certificate outlining the reason for suspension including length of time. Suspension requests cannot be backdated and can only be approved at the discretion of the Royal All Stars Cheerleading Academy Management team.
